Used this washer a few times and it leaks on the floor. In working with LG it took 2.5 hours to talk to someone as to why, and found out it was installed wrong

I bought my set 14 years ago and love them. 11 years ago, I gave my daughter a set as a baby gift. Combined we have 25 years of "hassle free" use. Today my sister purchased this one.

Bought 4 months ago and already requires repair. Coupled with multiple problems with the LG frig (including control board and compressor replacements) I'll buy no more lg products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dry work fast and what I really like about it, once the clothes are dry it stop and if you run the dryer some after then it will run for a few mintues and then stop again so I like that feature
