[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First HP M479fdw printer fax and scanner defective need to be replaced so I have not installed the new toner yet

This machine can detect when a page is in the ADF or on the glass when copying but will not do the same when scanning. Seems like a simple fix for you to do. It's a pain to have to select "glass" each time you are scanning a single page.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cartridges work very well but the prices are ridiculously high. Nice for your shareholders but very off-putting for your customers.

The toner cartridge was really easy to install and the printer immediately told me that it was installed correctly and that it was a genuine HP product. I was impressed.

I bought an expensive HP printer and now had to buy ridiculously expensive toner. The profit margin on HP toner is way too high and the printers are designed not to allow less expensive aftermarket toner.

Needed my ink quickly and this was the same price as other sites I checked and much faster shipping to my location. It came speedy quick and I was very grateful.

HP's Toner Cartridges are outrageously expensive and their proprietary technology makes it very difficult for other manufacturers to compete. I love HP technology but their marketing philosophy and practices are abysmal.
