I appreciate the higher ink content. Less interruption to workflow.

i have no issues with toner but issue when the toner ends up to cost way more than the printer. I paid over 900. On my first refil on a 500. Printer. Not a good deal.

safer to buy than an alternative brand that could leak. As always, expensive! You now have the choice of high capacity or regular cartridges. That’s good.

I ordered these toner cartridges and they were delivered within days. Installation was easy and I appreciate that HP provides labels to send the old cartridges for recycling or refilling.

I have no complaints about the toner cartridge per se, but the printer seems unable to let users know WHICH cartridges need replacing and which are just fine.

The HP 414X Hi Uield cartridges (especially black) have served me well for the past few years. Print is crisp with sharp edges and no smudges. I don’t really count the pages but the ink lasts a long time before needing to replace. Good value.

This machine can detect when a page is in the ADF or on the glass when copying but will not do the same when scanning. Seems like a simple fix for you to do. It's a pain to have to select "glass" each time you are scanning a single page.
