I've had mine 5+ years and use it 3-4 times a week. Non-stick coating is still good. It has outlasted other non-stick pans I have had. I just wish the handle was a bit shorter so I can maneuver it better in the sink. I may even shorten it myself as the silicone handle cover will cover the end. Thinking of buying the 10" to replace another brand's 10" that is starting to pit.

I like this pan but also liked the other types i have had when new. Only a month or so experience right now. Curiously, there were no instructions on how to treat this pan to minimize damage. I did see the the response from Tramontina in one of the questions or reviews here, so i know, but seems the package should have had either a flyer or at least a URL on the package label to get this information. I also agree with another reviewer that the handle should be shorter, at least an inch. The pan tends to tilt [just a little] with the long handle when cooking light weights, like omelettes. More to the point is that the long handle makes the pan seem heavier. [One reviewer mentioned he might cut it short himself, but this might not work out so well, as the handle is tapered, so the silicone grip might not fit after cutting, and for sure another hole would need to be cut if you intend to hang it.] The thick bottom spreads heat well and seems to cook food faster than my previous tv brand pan. So far I really like it: solid, cooks evenly, cleans easily, nice grip. I have not tried cooking without any oil, so i cant address that, and after learning how to treat the surface, i probably wont try that on this pan. No sprays; medium heat, not high; no metal utensils.

I've never seen cooked-on food slide right out of a frying pan until I used this one. Never thought about checking out the commercial cooking equipment aisle but I'm glad I did. Incredible value and American-made. Much, much better than the regular pans of comparable price.

I purchased two for myself and then immediately purchased two as gifts for my daughter. That was three years ago. Love the fact that I can remove the handle when I need to finish something off in the oven, then slip it back in to remove it. Time to replace them. Thanks for having them in stock!

This pan heats very evenly and cooks nicely on my gas stove. I have a glass lid that fits it nicely. The nonstick coating washes off easily. Hopefully, this pan will last for a long time. The price was by far the lowest I have found for a comparable pan.

I am a foodie. I can’t remember which food site reviewed pans, but of all the pans out there, these were rated #2. And the price point cannot be beat. I have them all. I have bought them for my adult kids. They have in turn bought them for their friends. They heat evenly, excellent weight, superior nonstick, rubber coated handles so you don’t need mitts, and the edges are sloped PERFECTLY for flipping/tossing. The best purchase you will make.
