[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beautyrest Black 2024 Line 4 Firm Pillow Top Mattress is beyond comfortable. I am a back sleeper and I have woken up feeling refreshed and fully rested. I am a big guy, and the support the firm mattress gives me is unparalleled. This mattress weighs a ton, and the quality of the materials is top notch. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night, so I must be comfortable and breathability is optimal. As far as value, this is a top shelf mattress, so you will be paying a premium for such an experience. You spend a third of your life in bed, why not treat yourself and take care of your body?

After our previous Beautyrest mattress failed, we got the black in series 3, firm. My husband and I bought it about 3-4 months ago. Long story short, it failed. There are two dents in the bed from us. Had the inspector come today and confirm the mattress had failed. It also is advertised as "firm", but is a "medium". Even as a medium, there should not be two big dents in the bed now. Beautyrest quality has drastically declined, and the beds are mostly stuffed with soft garbage, it seems. We are done with this brand. This is sad, because it once was a coveted mattress brand. Now they just produce trash that fails. We will be going to a private and local mattress company. Will be getting a simple, no frills mattress. Zero padding and definitely no pillow top. A firm, old-fashioned mattress is the best. I thought this bed would be it, but I should have known it had too much padding. I would definitely consider an old Beautyrest model, if still sold as new. Note: we are average weight people, and the bed looks like two cows slept in it. He is 6+ft/200, I am 5'4/125.

We have a Beauty Rest Black C-Class Pillow Top. Worst money we ever spent, and it was not cheap. (4,699). It is now nearly three years old, and the Pillow Top stays depressed, except for the middle, which no one sleeps on. We are not ‘large’ people, so the weight is not a factor. Sadly, we are stuck with it as it will be a few years until we can replace it with something else. Honestly, I would give zero stars if it were an option.

First impressions were great - the quality of the mattress is apparent right off the bat. There are handles to help move the mattress (which is incredibly heavy and bulky) which is nice and speaks to the quality as most mattresses don’t have handles. The mattress is firm but not rock hard. The pillowtop is soft and makes laying on it an amazing experience. The pillowtop doesn’t make the mattress super soft and squishy because it’s a firm mattress - it simply adds comfort. You will need deep pocket sheets - it is a very thick mattress and regular sheets fit but they don’t cover the entire mattress which isn’t aesthetically pleasing. Overall, this is an amazing mattress and I can tell it’ll be a great mattress for years to come. Highly, highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since the 1st day it arrived we have been sleeping on this mattress instead of our "Cali King". My husband says when he lays on it he body is like conforming to the mattress and doesn't need to constant move around to find his space of comfort. We have a very thin sheet over the mattress and we don't wake up with sweaty backs on our days off when the temps reach 85 easily by 8 am. I would highly suggest this piece for those that want to enjoy a goodnights sleep.

I’ve had this mattress one year. It leaves horrible, uncomfortable body indents. Of course we bought the expensive one with the plush pillow top too thinking it was best. Don’t waste your money.

This is an expensive piece of junk. Warped and has a huge indent where we sleep in less than a year! Bought this hoping it would relieve our back pain from our old mattress however it doesn’t seem to be made any better!
