Purchased the Beauty rest black and foundation.We were given a delivery window of 7:30 am-11:30 am. I set my alarm..At 6:10 am we get a call the delivery is on it's way. ( I didn't even wake up) Soon after the delivery arrived (way before the window.)and what to my sleepy eyes see? Just the box springs! So you arrived at my hoiuse at 6am something with no Mattress???? I had to fight through numbers that weren't answered, live chat that wont work, oh and the Beautyrest help office doesn't open till 10am, imagine that. Now I am again waiting for the mattress, which wont arrive for a few more days.I guess we'll sleep on the box springs tonight. Worst worst worst delivery experience ever. Beauty rest should be ashamed. Terrible, Terrible Terrible!

Disappointed. We have had it a couple months and rotated it and there are obviously divets on both sides from where we’ve slept. Shouldn’t happen at this price point this early.

So far, it’s very comfortable. We’re still in the break in period, but it’s comfortable already and the one we tried at the store was very comfortable.

I’ve had this mattress one year. It leaves horrible, uncomfortable body indents. Of course we bought the expensive one with the plush pillow top too thinking it was best. Don’t waste your money.

Costed us a fortune and provides zero stability crunches the body badly with zero consistent support. Would never imagine that spending so much can make you this miserable!!!

I exchanged two mattresses to finally end up with this one… So the third time is a charm! I needed something that still had cushion, but was also more supportive and this is perfect
