[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does its job. You are able to wash pretty much anything due to the many different settings. The only "con" is when I have a heavy load. Sometimes the clothes or towels (whatever I'm washing) seem dry. At times, I can't tell if it's because the machine does such a great job when spinning or bc it doesn't use enough water. Therefore, whenever I wash an extra heavy load, I always add pre-soak and extra rinse for my peace of mind.

needs service and I haven't even had this washer for more than a year. Samsung repair services is the worst. I will never purchase another samsung product ever again. The problem is that I already bought the appliances for our home and they are samsung. I hope i dont regret it even more when the other ones need service. They use to be good and decent services but I am not sure how they messed it up.

There has zero problem with washer till date - huge washer with ample space which works seamlessly with dryer. Still need to explore more options on washer and hoping for positive experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure I'd love the single dial versus the traditional washer configuruation of multiple dials and buttons but owning this has changed my mind and I do love this panel layout. There are all manner of different load and fabric configurations that can be chosen from the options menu and it can be further refined to your tastes through the side buttons or the SmartThings app. The added communication with the companion dryer, sending it's load information and automatically configuring for the last dryer cycle, makes this routine task so much easier.

It cut my laundry time in half. The washer and dryer features have many settings from bedding to delicates to cold wash with tide pod. This machine is a game changer.

Stains seem to come out more easily than with my much-admired last washer that gave up the ghost. My Samsung has a lot of complicated wash cycles and options, so it is necessary to spend some time with the instruction manual to figure out what works for you. Long may this one live!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dryer! It does a great job of drying my clothes and it fits a lot inside of it, so I can get a lot done at once. I do find that I have to run it on a timed setting rather than the built in ones since it doesn’t always detect if my clothes are accurately dried. However, if it set it to timed dry, it always works perfectly. I would definitely get this again. It’s main benefits are that it’s huge, quiet, and beautiful.

Leaks from soap dispenser, down the front, no info in manual about troubleshooting this issue. I have puddles in my laundry room, and the drips all originate at the soap dispenser. Samsung has made it impossible to get support online - it's all AI and robots now that put a user into endless circles of repetitive and unhelpful screens. Huge regret buying these.

Long story short, they cannot fix the terrible smells. We’ve had front loading washers for years and only had an issue with this specific washer. I’ve had Samsung repair techs come out twice and the only thing they can recommend is to do the usual self clean tactics. We’ve tried everything and have even over done it and it still smells. I suspect it’s not draining the old water because I have to open the drain valve and empty almost 30oz of dirty smelly water before EVERY WASH in order to have the clothes not smell. I shouldn’t have to do this before every wash with any washer, especially a bespoke washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new washer. I was intimidated at first by the clean controls but quickly found it to be simple and intuitive. It's great to be able to wash huge loads of bedding or small loads that require a delicate cycle. Every setting gives you countless options for water temperature, soil level or spin speed. While I normally use cold water and normal spin and soil settings, it's great to have the options when I need them. I've washed everything from hand wash sweaters to bathroom rugs to grimy garage clothes and everything comes out perfect. I love the self clean option on the washer. I was hesitant about a front load washer. This washer has made me glad I gave it a try. I love how quiet my Sony washer and dryer are. In a small house with tile floors we can still watch TV while they are running. No loud vibration even during the highest spin cycles. I would definitely recommend.
