I've had the new unit for 3 weeks. From day 1, it's had a very loud ticking noise on spin cycle. Had Service Tech out twice now and they can't find anything with it. The Tech left today and didn't hear anything. Right after he left - horrible, loud ticking again through several loads. I made a video of the noise and submitted it. We'll see what happens

I like how the drum is big, for a family of 5 am able to do my laundry in 2 loads before i had to 4 loads in my previous washer. The vibration reduction technology is amazing. i would highly recommend this product.

Very quiet and really does a great job. I’m very impressed with the patient customer service person who walked us through all the technical stuff. We bought the dryer and connector device as well. Always have good luck with Samsung and LG products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Washer 3 months ago and we love it! The intuitive dial is easy to use and provides many options for various load settings. It was easy to set up and operates quietly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: (1) clothes are usually quite dry after the spin cycle. (2) washer usually stay secured and quiet during a spin cycle. Cons: (1) Some water drips out of the door when I open the it after a wash. (2) the pre-programmed cycles do not allow for manual tuning (3) the touch controls are not back-lighted - difficult to see. (4) the touch controls are too sensitive - easily triggered by accident. (5) clothes are 'warm' after a 'cold' wash - I'll call for service when I get a chance.
