I will say some of the cycles take longer than stated but that barely matters to me. Great washer that makes my clothes consistently feel clean without feeling like I’m ruining them!

What makes it even better is that the machine barely makes any noise any noise or vibration. Thanks to the smart sensing feature it can adapt to any capacity without loosing speed.

It’s also nice that Samsung tracks it’s products through the app so, for instance, when I’m watching TV on a Samsung screen, it will let me know once the cycle has ended so I can put the clothes in the dryer right away. The biggest issue we’ve had with the washer, however, is that it makes an incredibly loud noise when it’s in each cycle. The sound is so loud that it can be heard even with the door closed sometimes to the point where it’s difficult to hear other people when a cycle is ongoing. If it weren’t for the sound, I think the washer would be decent as it does what it’s supposed to do. I honestly haven’t used the AI features in this washer because I find it too complicated to figure out so I’m not too sure what to rate that. But in terms of size, it’s a pretty big washer so I appreciate how much we can fit into it for each cycle and that we can tailor the setting accordingly, but sometimes simpler is better. I think Samsung is great if you’re planning on staying within the eco-system for things like using the app and getting notifications across devices like I mentioned before. But if you’re looking for a standard washer that will get the job done, this one might be too complicated and tech-forward.
