We bought this washer 3 years ago and it has been great after seeing at our friends house. No issues so far. The touch buttons are easy to use. We added this device to smart things app and we get notifications when the washing is done. It also suggests self cleaning when necessary.

One pair of expensive 5-11 pants that my husband owns were covered in oil and other work stains, so he only used them on shop days. One cleaning in the washing machine and these pants are ready for office days. I've had it for about a year now, and I have zero complaints. The AI features are pretty cool too.

It washes quickly and efficiently unlike other washers I have had in the past. And I love that I can choose between so many different modes of washing so that I can have a precise wash for every load whether it be towels, bedding, or clothes.
