Amazingly, there is a super speed wash and super speed dry mode that allows you to do both tasks in one hour. Last but not least, it has Wifi and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities has modernized these appliances. You can really schedule when to start your washer or dryer after downloading the Samsung Smartthings app to your smartphone. When you opt in for notifications, you receive reminders when your dryer load is finished, saving you the trouble of going to check it. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a top-of-the-line dryer. My husband and I have been completely satisfied. One last thing, we just got the adapter kit that will allow us to stack the dryer on top and control both units from the washer. This will save a lot of space which is at a premium in our household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have to say that i am very impressed with the many options for washing and drying my clothes now. are use half the amount of detergent and fabric softener that i was using before. my clothes are clean and fresh. i love the steam option and the wrinkle option on the dryer. both the washer and the dryer are very quiet while in use, but they definitely let you know when your cycles are done. they have a nice tone that lets you know once it’s complete. having 3 dogs, 3 kids, and a grand baby it’s important that my clothes, comforters, and rugs stay sanitized and clean. this duo gives me both. i definitely recommend to any and everyone. you will not be disappointed.

I've had the new unit for 3 weeks. From day 1, it's had a very loud ticking noise on spin cycle. Had Service Tech out twice now and they can't find anything with it. The Tech left today and didn't hear anything. Right after he left - horrible, loud ticking again through several loads. I made a video of the noise and submitted it. We'll see what happens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer for its clean design and was very impressed by how well it washes. I have always been hesitant to purchase front loaders but am in love with how big of loads I can wash and it cleans them perfectly!

This washer wrinkles clothes beyond belief. No matter how slow the spin. One of the cycles has not worked since install and I get an error code tell me to connect my hot/cold water hoses correctly. They are correctly connected. The dryer takes forever to dry.

I like how the drum is big, for a family of 5 am able to do my laundry in 2 loads before i had to 4 loads in my previous washer. The vibration reduction technology is amazing. i would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this Washer for 4 or 5 mos. and so far it’s the best I’ve ever owned. I’m a tech nut and I love the WiFi and that I can control it from my easy chair in the Living room and it alerts me when the washing is done. It does a great job washing and the clothes are almost dry after it runs the spin dry cycle. It’s also a beautiful machine but it’s extremely heavy so make sure you have plenty of muscle if you’re moving it up stairs! I’m taking advantage of Samsung’s 0 interest plan and after I pay this off I’m buying the matching dryer even though there’s nothing wrong with the one I have. Anyone wants to by an 10yr old gas dryer?😂

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous, modern washer and dryer. It looks classy and futuristic (and has all the tech to back it up). There are tons of pre-made washing and drying settings, such as for towels, colors, and bedding. You can then adjust any of the settings to different temperature, spin, and soil levels. One of my qualms with the machine, though, is that certain pre-made settings won’t allow cold water, so you have to find the settings that support cold water, if that’s your preference. The machine has digital buttons that make it feel like a fancy new tech product. The machine has an adorable jingle that plays when it finishes, and it can also notify you on its app. I think the dryer works super efficiently and effectively. After drying my towels in the dryer, they were noticeably fluffier than my previous machine. The only thing that I would make sure you note is that the machines are quite large, which is great because you can fit a lot of items in at once, but make sure that you have enough space. It was a bit of a tight squeeze on my part, but that was my fault for not planning ahead. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.
