[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much of the time when I am running a cycle, a small article such as a rag, or a sock gets wedged between the drum and the frame of the unit. And it will not let me shut it off to correct the problem until all of the water is out of the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a few months and it far outshines our last washer! This is our first front loading, which I was a little leary of getting. But I love how much easier it is to unload. It has a friendly jingle when it's done. If you connect it to the wifi it will tell you when the cycle is done and even when to run a self-clean cycle.

Louie in the review's, and I have had the same issue with the dog fur(I also have 2 dog's), and I am adequate with cleaning out the washer's & dryer's, before I turn them on. And, like Louie, I found a glob of dog fur at the seal of the front door of the washer. And, the door started to leak a little bit. Now, I know there was no debris along the seal & door. Now, I also noticed, that the door latch(Opposite side of the door, of the hinge), was a bit loose, and I don't know if it's made this way, or not. So, maybe it could have played a factor in the leak, or not, I am not sure. And, I did notice the screw's to be tightened down, so maybe it's to help self center itself, to be grabbed and pulled evenly? But, other than the issue with the dog fur collecting at the door seal, there really isn't any real problem's, other than I haven't found a way to turn off the ending alarm sound, like you can do with the older style's of washer's & dryer's. But, it does definitely clean better than the top load washer's do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dryer! It does a great job of drying my clothes and it fits a lot inside of it, so I can get a lot done at once. I do find that I have to run it on a timed setting rather than the built in ones since it doesn’t always detect if my clothes are accurately dried. However, if it set it to timed dry, it always works perfectly. I would definitely get this again. It’s main benefits are that it’s huge, quiet, and beautiful.

It looks very sleek and with the light inside it shines so beautiful. Clothes come out very clean. It is so quiet we kept checking on it for about the first week to make sure it was running. So glad we chose this over the others we looked at. The only bad thing was the so called professional delivery. Which was done by another company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new washer. I was intimidated at first by the clean controls but quickly found it to be simple and intuitive. It's great to be able to wash huge loads of bedding or small loads that require a delicate cycle. Every setting gives you countless options for water temperature, soil level or spin speed. While I normally use cold water and normal spin and soil settings, it's great to have the options when I need them. I've washed everything from hand wash sweaters to bathroom rugs to grimy garage clothes and everything comes out perfect. I love the self clean option on the washer. I was hesitant about a front load washer. This washer has made me glad I gave it a try. I love how quiet my Sony washer and dryer are. In a small house with tile floors we can still watch TV while they are running. No loud vibration even during the highest spin cycles. I would definitely recommend.

The best feature is that it let's me know when it is done, no matter where I am at in the house. I highly recommend the bespoke series. I love it so much that we ordered the bespoke fridge with the smart hub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does its job. You are able to wash pretty much anything due to the many different settings. The only "con" is when I have a heavy load. Sometimes the clothes or towels (whatever I'm washing) seem dry. At times, I can't tell if it's because the machine does such a great job when spinning or bc it doesn't use enough water. Therefore, whenever I wash an extra heavy load, I always add pre-soak and extra rinse for my peace of mind.
