[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer after during research for about a month. It seemed like a great deal but then it arrived and I was blown away at the size, capacity, and washing options. I'm glad I went with Samsung as opposed to other washers on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as we moved into Carlisle Barracks in July, we bought other brand's washer and dryer set, but wasn't very satisfied with it; too many problems unfortunately. We returned them and bought this Bespoke Water and Dryer set, and my, I am very content. I did lots of research before I made the decision to buy this set, so I know I have chosen the right one. The washer is excellent in removing stain from the clothes and I do not hear any sound from the motor. It's smooth and very quiet. Design quality is also superb! Two thumbs up, Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and a Samsung dryer a couple months ago. So far, it seems to be doing a good job cleaning things but have had a few different issues that have come up that haven't been issues on my previous washers. First thing is dog hair. We have 2 dogs, our stuff has a small amount of dog hair on it before it goes in the washer. When it is done, the hair collects in between the front rubber seal, where the water drains out. There is typically a pile of dog hair that I have to pull out of that area after a load is done. The other issue is when I have hoodies or other articles of clothing that have a string or long thin sleeves on a shirt, or thin long pant legs, they will wrap around everything and then all the clothes are wrapped up in a big twisted knotted up ball. It is quite difficult to remove the clothes when this happens as they are all connected and knotted together. Also, being it is a very large front load washing machine, it can be difficult to pull everything out of the very back of the machine, as it is deep and low. Other than that, I like the overall technology of the washer, and it is also able to be linked up to my Samsung phone via "smart things" device control. I have not done this yet, as I'm not sure how it would benefit me, but I plan on looking into it in the future. The washer also looks very nice, no buttons on the outside, just a dial, and the rest are digital buttons that show up when you push the digital "on" button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted the largest machines I could find, and this fit the bill. I've had other Samsung washers and dryers, and I liked them. This one seems bigger, heavier and in general more sturdy. This should help with noise, since my last set would bounce around with large loads. It's a great looking machine with a clean interface, and so far it had fit bedding and done a good job washing. Good features for the price, as well. Delivery was fast and quick.

I like all the cycle options and I really like that it doesn’t rattle or move during the spin cycle. Been using it for a couple of months and so far so good!

We traded in our 10+ year old machines for this washer & dryer by Samsung. I have never been more excited to do laundry. We'll be using the stackable feature to save space, but I'm even more impressed with the speed, power & room of these machines. The washer is big enough to handle a 5x7 area rug, and the drier can quickly tackle any size load of towels or saturated garments. I'm so impressed with these two units that I'm thinking of looking to Samsung for all of my appliance replacements. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that asks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this Washer for 4 or 5 mos. and so far it’s the best I’ve ever owned. I’m a tech nut and I love the WiFi and that I can control it from my easy chair in the Living room and it alerts me when the washing is done. It does a great job washing and the clothes are almost dry after it runs the spin dry cycle. It’s also a beautiful machine but it’s extremely heavy so make sure you have plenty of muscle if you’re moving it up stairs! I’m taking advantage of Samsung’s 0 interest plan and after I pay this off I’m buying the matching dryer even though there’s nothing wrong with the one I have. Anyone wants to by an 10yr old gas dryer?😂

We are having worst experience with this washer, even with HR detergent and good softener, clothes smells bad after 1-2hours of washer cycles. If we fill Softener before putting clothes in, softener will leak even before washer is started, drips on our hands while loading clothes into washer tub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new washer and dryer was installed today, I have never been excited to wash clothes until today. With the first load I played around with the menu and noted the numerous options and changes with the settings. Since It was a small load I chose the speed wash. I noticed from start up that this washer is very quiet compared to my old unit, I work from and had the load going while having a conversation with a colleague and had no issues. My clothes came out very clean. I also played around with the menu on the dryer and chose the speed dry option for my small load, everything came out good and dry with no issues, the dryer is pretty quiet as well, the only noticeable noise was the buttons clinking as it spun, but the dryer itself is quiet and efficient. I would definitely recommend this set based off of performance. I took a moment and set the unit up with wifi and had no issues connecting with my Samsung phone app for additional control. The anesthetics are wonderful, it looks beautiful and ads a little bit of pizzazz tp the laundry room.

I've had the new unit for 3 weeks. From day 1, it's had a very loud ticking noise on spin cycle. Had Service Tech out twice now and they can't find anything with it. The Tech left today and didn't hear anything. Right after he left - horrible, loud ticking again through several loads. I made a video of the noise and submitted it. We'll see what happens
