Sometimes the clothes or towels (whatever I'm washing) seem dry. At times, I can't tell if it's because the machine does such a great job when spinning or bc it doesn't use enough water. Therefore, whenever I wash an extra heavy load, I always add pre-soak and extra rinse for my peace of mind.

Talk about elegant and sleek. These units are top notch. The silver steel stands out and they are a breeze to clean. They are much quieter than my previous set. The washer uses less water and take less time to complete a cycle. The AI makes the washer effective through sensing the load in the washing machine and being able to distinguish the needs for that load, leaving the laundry feeling and smelling clean. The detergent fill port is easily accessible and conveniently located at the top. Love that there is no vibration or loud rattle noises coming from this machine during a cycle. The dryer doesn’t rumble like a bag of rocks are in there during any cycle, you can hardly hear the dryer is on. The dryer rack is also a huge plus since you can place shoes on there and run a cycle without destroying the drum or the shoes. The lint collector is the most effective I’ve seen ensuring most of the lint gets caught in the screen and not having to worry about a fire hazard. The units both have beautiful displays that are bright and easy to read. I enjoy using the Smart Things App, this allows me to select cycles and times on my machines from the comfort of my couch. I ended up purchasing pedestals to raise the level of the door only because I have back issues. Love these machines and I highly recommend these if you’re looking for a new set!

And the hookup to smart things makes it really easy to check in on a laundry load or restart the machine or customize settings and see data on my usage. The bespoke look is perfect for my new house and matches my bespoke fridge as well.

There are tons of pre-made washing and drying settings, such as for towels, colors, and bedding. You can then adjust any of the settings to different temperature, spin, and soil levels. One of my qualms with the machine, though, is that certain pre-made settings won’t allow cold water, so you have to find the settings that support cold water, if that’s your preference. The machine has digital buttons that make it feel like a fancy new tech product. The machine has an adorable jingle that plays when it finishes, and it can also notify you on its app. I think the dryer works super efficiently and effectively. After drying my towels in the dryer, they were noticeably fluffier than my previous machine. The only thing that I would make sure you note is that the machines are quite large, which is great because you can fit a lot of items in at once, but make sure that you have enough space. It was a bit of a tight squeeze on my part, but that was my fault for not planning ahead. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.

I wasn't sure I'd love the single dial versus the traditional washer configuruation of multiple dials and buttons but owning this has changed my mind and I do love this panel layout. There are all manner of different load and fabric configurations that can be chosen from the options menu and it can be further refined to your tastes through the side buttons or the SmartThings app. The added communication with the companion dryer, sending it's load information and automatically configuring for the last dryer cycle, makes this routine task so much easier.

My clothes' washing cycle has reduced so much that instead of taking a full day of laundry its half the time now.
