[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my washer 2 weeks ago, and I only upgraded so I don’t have to take my bedding to the laundromat to wash every month. I am amazed at how this machine is quiet, washes my clothes and bedding with ease and the spin is so good the dry time has been reduced significantly.

Louie in the review's, and I have had the same issue with the dog fur(I also have 2 dog's), and I am adequate with cleaning out the washer's & dryer's, before I turn them on. And, like Louie, I found a glob of dog fur at the seal of the front door of the washer. And, the door started to leak a little bit. Now, I know there was no debris along the seal & door. Now, I also noticed, that the door latch(Opposite side of the door, of the hinge), was a bit loose, and I don't know if it's made this way, or not. So, maybe it could have played a factor in the leak, or not, I am not sure. And, I did notice the screw's to be tightened down, so maybe it's to help self center itself, to be grabbed and pulled evenly? But, other than the issue with the dog fur collecting at the door seal, there really isn't any real problem's, other than I haven't found a way to turn off the ending alarm sound, like you can do with the older style's of washer's & dryer's. But, it does definitely clean better than the top load washer's do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the machine for about 6 months. It's super easy to operate, quiet, and fast. The machine talks to the dryer with recommended setting. WiFi connection sends you a notification when it's done and you can send settings via your phone if you want. It will also remind you when to run the clean cycle. It's a very modern setup. We have ours stacked and together with the stacking kit it looks like one unit.

Washer came with exterior damage, and it wasn't noticeable until the delivery guys unpackaged it outside my condo building before bringing it in, I didn't ask them to unpack it, nor did I get the chance to look for the damage, now I can't send it back. Also, this unit measurement is off when stacked. When the dryer sits on top of the unit, it's flushed the back of the washer, not the front, therefor you lose space on back due to the vent and wiring, which is something I didn't notice until after receiving it. Personally thinking of returning it. Would you buy a brand new car with dent on it?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off- wow! This washer has been amazing so far. It is so aesthetically beautiful and has loads of features. The best part being it has wifi! Every time a load is done, I get notified on my phone as well as my Samsung TV (Didn’t even know that was possible!). The very best part is you can monitor usage including electric usage through the Samsung Smart Things app which is amazing as I want to control all my utilities cost and this feature is just what I needed! Overall this has been an amazing purchase and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality, stylish looking, smart washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has knocked this one out of the park. I am in love my new washer and dryer. Not only they look sleek but they do an amazing job. They're quiet, efficient and very easy to use. The SpeedWash is my go to setting. Not only it saves energy but it does a great job. The dryer on the other hand is the quietest one I have ever owned. I don't even need to iron my clothes like I used to. You can keep track of your laundry thanks to the Smart things app- you can also start your wash or dry your clothes from it as well. This is an easy recommendation from me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the appliances in our new home were new Samsung. The controls on all of their appliances are difficult to read and operate. The sing-song alarms are horrific and must all be turned off but then you have no alerts at all. The washer controls have some controls that are lighted and some that are not like the start/pause control. Can't use in the dark but can't see in bright light.
