Just getting used to this. We'll see how this continues with different wash cycles.

I have called multiple times, it's been 2 months! It started in French, now Spanish. No idea how it changed. Unable to get assistance on the phone. One service call was placed, but they canceled? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving my new Front Load Washer. With its beautiful silver steel look. It has so many different cycle selections to choose from Speed wash ( Which washes your clothes in half an hour) , Steam wash, Active wear, Normal wash, Heavy duty wash, Towels, and so much more. It is very spacious inside the washer and comes with interior lighting which helps you to see if you left anything behind or to see how much space you have left. It has smart dialing as well as Wi-Fi connection which allows you to control your washer from your phone. The only thing I wish that you could do from your phone that it doesn’t do is actually start your washer instead of only being able to preselect your cycle and sending the information to the washer. You can personalize your greeting screen when it turns on to say what you want it to say. It also notifies you through the app when your cycle is complete as well as plays a completion song which is really nice. I am very satisfied with this washer and I am so happy that I chose it.

My wife really likes it because I have it on the pedestal and she is only 4’11” and she doesn’t have to use a stool anymore. It is easy to use and the AI is real easy to use. Some reviews stated the panel was hard to read or see, NOT TRUE! We can see the panel and the settings no problem. The machine looks very nice as well.

I also love the fact that you can set it up with your smart devices, so you can keep up with the cleaning maintenance on it. I like the fact that you don’t have to get up to see how much time you have left on your machines and you can also run it from there that is one of my son’s favorite features, As he is only 12 years old and does his own laundry, he loves that he can manage it on his smart phone. I also like the fact that you can stack them up to get extra space in your laundry room. I would definitely recommend these products or any Samsung product. They never disappoint.

Only issue i have so far, is that the machine is a little larger than the previous machine it is replacing, the plug blocks the machine from going all the way into the closet. A flat plug would have made this a non-issue.

Simple and easy to operate. It comes with AI technology that adds convenience in operating this appliance. It automatically senses the weight of the load so the appropriate level of water and length of time to wash the clothes. Very smart! Love them both!
