I really dislike that there is not an option to display a clock (like every other microwave I've owned over the last 20 years). And the fact that I have to open the door to see (illuminate) any of the buttons is annoying.

Very good at cooking popcorn and heating things fast. Still fully functional, just took some getting used to.

The controls are easy to use, but can be sensitive. I love all the different features. The materials used are very sleek. It performs as a microwave should.

You can shut the rotation,lots of pre sets, directions right inside. Very spacious looks like you could put a whole turkey in it. LOL. Recomend.

The large 2.1 cu. ft. capacity is frequently praised for accommodating big dishes. It generally performs well, heating food quickly and evenly with effective ventilation. The ceramic enamel interior is easy to clean. Smart features like Wi-Fi connectivity and auto-syncing with compatible Samsung ranges are appreciated additions

The microwave portion works well. Fan however is another issue. The fan is vented using a 6” duct that goes straight through the roof. No bends but straight. First, it doesn't have enough vent power to suck steam from a boiling pot of water when it is on “boost” setting. Secondly, when it is on “boost” setting, if you put something in the microwave and press start, the vent fan switched to medium speed. This makes the fan portion of this appliance useless.

What separates this MW from others is the inside, it's the same material a oven would have. Very nice and sharp looking.

Very bad design - the magnetron points right at the motor, rotating the glass table. The microwave works ok for a few minutes, but if you decide to cook something for 15-20 or more minutes the motor overheats and dies, the glass table stops spinning and the motor needs replacement. If the fan was blowing the motor during cooking it would probably help, but it's not designed this way. My warranty covered several motor replacements, didn't help. Returned back.

Microwave is decent size, display appears when touching the glass controls. Can control lights and venting thru the smarthings app. More powerful vent than our previous microwave with 4 settings. Nice led down lighting with 2 stage brightness.
