I bought mine in March but just opened it on Friday but missing the covers and also one of the chair is damaged. Please does any one has the number to their customer service? Unfortunately, I threw the empty boxes away after tearing them apart to search for the covers. Looking forward to fully enjoy them

Ok, so this set it gorgeous BUT if we weren't in a state of COVID buying demand, this product would fail, because the proper due diligence has not been completed. IE- the product page does not list the Sunbrella cushion color (for those wondering, it is Cast Silver), the frame is a light brown, warranty - I only know it is 5 years because I called and talked to 3 reps.. also, nowhere does the page state if the cushions are removable - I received 2 different answers. Also, the accent pillow color is missing. Lastly, please update the customer rep documents for the 1-800 number listed at the bottom - they do not know the accent pillow color or the pillow thickness. Great item, but c'mon - due some due diligence in setting up such an expensive item. Also, please include the actual manufacture name.

This set is very large which is perfect for our sitting area. I can't be happier.

I’ve been wanting this set for quite some time and finally bought it. Everything is beautiful and it was an easy set up, however the table corner was dented. We didn’t want to mess with returns so we kept it.

I purchased this set on line for club pick up. When I got it home and unboxed, I realized there were no accent pillows. The description on line says it comes with accent pillows and when I contacted the sams club , I was told that the pillows didn’t come with the set. In someone else’s review pictures, I see they had accent pillows, why would they take them away. Very deceiving.

There should've been a disclaimer that self-assembly required. Furniture shows up completely boxed with pretty much leaving it for me (1 person in the household) to figure out how to set it up. On top of that, I was on the phone for 1.5 hrs requesting for someone to help schedule a setup, they told me that this item doesn't come with service. Why was this not stated clearly on the item description? Most company websites who sell large products, state either "self-assembly required" or options to purchase installation services. Being a member of the club for over 15 years, this was EXTREMELY disappointing customer service.

This set is built to last! Looks nice. Would love to buy two more chairs. Is there a way to buy individual pieces of this collection?

I couldn’t find the 12 screws to hold the table leg one does anybody know what size they are so I can just go buy them

One sofa came in damaged ! I, sold furniture and I, know how to fit people so they are comfortable. This is not deep seating . I'm 5ft. 2 in and I , barely fit . Would not recommend !
