Bought this set last year it is very comfortable. The reason we picked this set was for the higher back. However we lost a chair cushion in a storm and I can't find a replacement.

I looked for months and never could make my mind up. Finally I just went for it and this is absolutely perfect! I get nothing, but compliments. Same stuff they sell at expensive outdoor living stores! Half the price!

I bought mine in March but just opened it on Friday but missing the covers and also one of the chair is damaged. Please does any one has the number to their customer service? Unfortunately, I threw the empty boxes away after tearing them apart to search for the covers. Looking forward to fully enjoy them

Ok, so this set it gorgeous BUT if we weren't in a state of COVID buying demand, this product would fail, because the proper due diligence has not been completed. IE- the product page does not list the Sunbrella cushion color (for those wondering, it is Cast Silver), the frame is a light brown, warranty - I only know it is 5 years because I called and talked to 3 reps.. also, nowhere does the page state if the cushions are removable - I received 2 different answers. Also, the accent pillow color is missing. Lastly, please update the customer rep documents for the 1-800 number listed at the bottom - they do not know the accent pillow color or the pillow thickness. Great item, but c'mon - due some due diligence in setting up such an expensive item. Also, please include the actual manufacture name.

After the DISASTER that was the pickup process from the store and getting it home in a uhaul, the set is very nice quality. It’s super sturdy and I see it lasting for years on my covered patio. Only downside is the covers cl faded after the first year and that was even on a covered porch. Would highly recommend the is set if you can get it delivered. I do not recommend getting it at the store.

I purchased the Halstead LA 4-Piece Seating Set last fall. We can't wait to put it in our new gazebo when the snow melts. I like the long couch and firmness of the cushings. The coffee table is very heavy but then you don't have to worry about it blowing away on windy days.

We are very pleased with our set a month in. The delivery went off without a hitch, although a couple hundred dollars was pretty steep. The set comes as one huge box for the sofa and chairs, and in really heavy box for the table which has a stone top. Pillows seem to help with the oversized seating distance to the back pads. The covers are good quality although I don't know why you selected black as that does get pretty hot.

The sofa and chairs are very nice. The cushions are much more firm than I thought they were in the store, but maybe the store display was broken in & the cushions may get softer. I believe the set is great quality & value when compared to alternatives. That being said, I don't like the coffee table, definitely not a fan of the tile, which makes it unnecessarily heavy, really heavy. I knew I wasn't a fan of the table when I was deciding on this set, but went with it anyway because I really liked the sofa. I really do wish there was an alternative for the coffee table, or that it didn't come with one. It really sucks paying for someone you don't like. But, I don't hate it enough to spend money buying another one. A deck box that serves as a coffee table would have been awesome.
