Damaged. Extra large item. Had to pay to have picked up. Finally got it unloaded. Unboxing it revealed the wicker had been damaged on sofa in several places. Tried to call the Sam’s club five times to report damage but no one answered the phone.

This patio set is absolutely gorgeous! Great quality and very large and spacious. Super comfy and a overall Great Buy! It even came with the furniture and coffee table covers! So glad I was able to get this patio set during the Memorial Day sale!

I like this and it seems sturdy and solid but we brought the set home and the arm on the couch was bent. The next next we took it. Can got another one and that was bent worse. I am so disappointed.

Just picked up this set yesterday, brought it home and I absolutely love love love it!!! Great quality!! Looks fantastic on my deck. The only problem was it was missing a chair cover. Can someone help me with this?

We are very pleased with our set a month in. The delivery went off without a hitch, although a couple hundred dollars was pretty steep. The set comes as one huge box for the sofa and chairs, and in really heavy box for the table which has a stone top. Pillows seem to help with the oversized seating distance to the back pads. The covers are good quality although I don't know why you selected black as that does get pretty hot.

It's great but came slightly damaged. How they box it makes the arm rest rub off
