These egg bites are easy to fix, only take 60 sec. In the microwave, are delicious and filling! Perfect for those busy mornings. I try to always have some in the fridge.

I eat 2 of these every morning. I used to get the sous vide egg bites at Starbucks, these are very similar but bigger and a third of the price. I only wish it had a vegetarian option too.

This is a great breakfast -- for on-the-go folks who don't have time to hesitate in the kitchen! But I DO wish Bacon Egg Bites would come back to Sams!
