Most foods made for diabetics are bland. (Anything that tastes good is bad for you.) This product breaks that rule. These egg bites are delicious. I've tried the major store brand knock-offs and no one comes close. Besides being delicious and good for me, they're ready in 60 seconds.

I really love this product and pick it up anytime I visit Sam's. I'm diabetic, so this is a quick, filling protein meal. I just wish the packages were a bit larger, i.e. more egg bites per package.

These things are dangerously good. They only lasted two days as we ate them fast. Similar to other egg bites but these are bigger and more flavor. They due tend to be a bit too moist as compared others.

I/We have been a member officially since 1991. Before that it was the Wholesale Club on 29th St SE here in Grand Rapids. I adore Sam's and everyone that works there. Everything that Sam's offers for sale is top-notch, and these egg bites are included. Three Bridges Egg Bites, filling, satisfying and so delicious. And, they are good for you. Thank you!

These egg bites are just about perfect! Good taste, quick, & fast! So much more better than stopping at a fast food place for a quick meal, and cheaper.

First met up with these super healthy AND delicious GOTO egg bites at a local coffee shoppe but with a higher cost. They keep well and make a low calorie quick tasty snack too.(1 minute in microwave) when my supply gets low I go to Sams ASAP Can’t be without them on hand.

These are good but I don't like them as much as I like the Members Mark Sous Vide Egg Bites. These Three Bridges are OK but seem to have too much of a garlicky or some other flavor to them, which detracts rather than enhances the overall taste in my opinion. Still ate them, but prefer the other brand.

My daughter loves these and my grandkids so I tried. I think they are tasty while fresh out of the microwave but as they cool the cheese changes texture and they seemed more salty. I will buy again occasionally for convenience but not my go-to breakfast.

Delicious. I wasn’t expecting the peppers and spinach, but it was a nice surprise. I do think they should make that known on the front label though. Otherwise, a perfect product. I did get one that was punctured so the egg had mold on it. I threw that one away. I bought these on sale. I probably wouldn’t pay full price for them, but they are very good. The salty ham and the smoky cheese are sooo delicious.

Egg Bites are a great 5-Star concept because they’re fast to prepare, healthy and taste good. Unfortunately, they’re not refrigerated INSIDE a cold case with a DOOR at Sam’s Club, so before you can eat them all, the packages start to puff-up indicating they have begun to spoil. They puff-up BEFORE the “Use By 00/00/0000” date, so family members might be tempted, eat them, and have abdominal distress.
