Very tasty high protein breakfast. I was blown away at how good these are. There is a very small amount of bell pepper and small spinach bits, but they just add to the flavor. Just buy them, you will not be disappointed.

Finally found a reasonably healthy, keto-friendly, quick breakfast on the go option that everyone in the whole fam damily loves, but we can't find it in stock anymore. Works great at home or in the RV on road trips. Light, fluffy texture (with no egg-runniness whatsoever), a hint of veggies tucked neatly at the bottom. Delightful, satisfying alternative to the mediocre multitude of greasy, gristly bacon-sausage-cheddar-egg combos out there. (Nothing against either of those meat options, but this one rises to a higher quality level, and tastes great if you're just burned out on the standard fare of this kind.)

There is no question that these egg bites taste good, I enjoyed them and they were easy to "prepare" -- just warm them up, easy peasy. However, they are insanely expensive for what you get, almost $12 for packs of 2 small round egg bites, if you smash them down, then you could make an egg sandwich on a piece of toast, I did that and it worked. I won't be buying them again as I am not independently wealthy. But if you have money to burn these are definitely tasty. I suppose if you compare them to eating breakfast out every morning, it's a better deal, but if you are comparing to making something from scratch when you are in a rush, maybe just make an egg dish ahead of time....

I rely on these to break a fast and use them regularly when I haven't had time to make my own egg bites from scratch. When I make my own, I omit the uncured meat, which has had a rubbery texture occasionally. Great taste though, and the peppers and spinach are barely noticeable! Great to buy on sale.

I have now bought these twice and LOVE THEM! They are very tasty and cook well and fast. As a mom of four I don't always have time to make myself something healthy to eat but these are grab and go which is perfect for me. Highly recommend trying them out. You wont be disappointed!

These are delicious!!! I was expecting a fake egg taste, but didn't taste that. The egg's texture and gruyere cheese with the ham is a great combo. They're about $2.22 per pack, which is about 2 eggs mixtures per pack. They're good for a snack at 240 calories per pack. I could probably eat all 4 packs for breakfast, which would still make it a less than $9 per meal. Not bad these days.

I loved these so much I bought them a second time. I am NOT a veggie lover so I was originally disappointed that the misleading packaging omitted the peppers and spinach on the front. However, I'm so glad I tried them because they are really delicious. Plus, since they take only 60 seconds in the microwave, they are perfect to bring to work.

Better than St*rbucks!! (Cheaper too!) Ready in a minute!!
