These egg bites are easy to fix, only take 60 sec. In the microwave, are delicious and filling! Perfect for those busy mornings. I try to always have some in the fridge.

We have bought these quite a bit and they WERE GREAT..... BUT..... Here recently the recipe has signifyingly changed. These egg bites WERE really great, NOW they have the look and FEEL of plastic. We will NOT be buying these going forward. The amount of egg bites have also had a major decrease and the price has stayed to same. WAY too little bang, WAY too much buck! We're OUT on these!!

I was really surprised by these as I don’t care for egg whites. These are delicious but please be aware, they do contain red bell peppers and spinach, which was a pleasant surprise for me. However, it may be unpleasant for some. I will be buying more for my return to the office breakfasts.
