These were surprisingly good, for something that gets microwaved. They give the Starbucks egg bites a run for their money. Like others have said, there are red bell peppers in these, which I was not expecting, as it does not state that clearly on the front. However, the veggies were a pleasant surprise for me. Will def repurchase!

Bought these on a whim and boy am I glad I did!! They are sooooo delicious! I've had the same type of product from Starbucks and Dunkin anf these blow them away. And...they are so much cheaper. I buy a bunch at a time and freeze them, which works beautifully. Great taste, great price, low calorie and perfect for Keto dieters...what more could you ask for?!?

Quick and easy breakfast

I had seen these in the store for quite some time but didn't buy because I usually don't like things made with only egg whites and no yolk. I mean c'mon - I'm not on a diet, give me the whole egg. I finally decided to give them a try when we were at the store last night. Okay I know when to admit I'm wrong, and I was very wrong to wait so long to try these egg bites. They're the best I've ever had. Could they be better? Yes they could, if they were available with the yolk included, then that would be even better. It's still 5 stars good though, way better than the ones I sometimes get at the expensive coffee shop that we all know. For what it's worth, and for people who like a little more bold flavor - I sprinkle red pepper flakes and a little extra virgin olive oil on them. I wouldn't be disappointed to receive something like that for breakfast in an expensive restaurant. It's that good. Just please offer a whole-egg version.

I bought dozens and dozens of these. They are THE BEST. Now they have disappeared!!! I am so bummed. Bring them back!

Very tasty high protein breakfast. I was blown away at how good these are. There is a very small amount of bell pepper and small spinach bits, but they just add to the flavor. Just buy them, you will not be disappointed.
