Poor door auto open design

This door can't have the auto door open be disabled. I'm referring to when you put your fingers on the sensor, you can't disable it. Shortsighted design by Samsung. Not great when you're trying to keep young children out of the fridge.

Good quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the design of this refrigerator. Storage is sufficient and easily organized. There are only two minor concerns--if you don't use the ice quickly, it gets stuck together, and, if you have smart dogs, they can figure out the auto-open and get into the refrigerator, so you may have to turn that off.

Lemon, worst appliance ever

This refrigerator has been a nightmare- absolute lemon. We’ve only had a few years and during that time in the first year, they had to replace all the internal components and motor twice. Each time we lost an exorbitant amount of food and medication that spoiled. Now the freezer door constantly pops open every time we open and close the refrigerator. Also more food spoilage.

My favorite refrigerator ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung refrigerator! I needed an extra large size that would fit my kitchen. This deep model does the trick. Perfect for my large family! The design is well thought out and had no wasted areas. I love the ice maker with two sizes of cubes! Slightly larger capacity of ice maker would make this a little better. It is programmable to my phone! And I have honestly used that ability. The auto door openers are really nice, especially when you are carrying something. The stainless doesn't smear and always looks nice. ⁸⁸

Poor icemaker performance

Although this refrigerator looks nice, the freezer section will frost up and block the vents, impairing the air flow and causing the freezer to warm above the desired setpoint. Additionally, the ice makers are disappointing. The ice bite side has never worked properly, with zero output. The output of the regular size side is way below expectations. We had to buy a countertop icemaker to make enough ice for our family (5 adults). This is not an inexpensive appliance, either. Is it too much to ask that your products live up to the advertising claims?

Should have done this years ago

I am loving the dual ice makers as well as the beverage center. It actually fit my tall water bottle! I didn’t consider it a big draw for my purchase but after having it for a while, I really like having it.
