The auto door open feature helps keep finger prints off the door. You touch a part of the door and it opens just a little. The door has very functional shelving but does lack a spot for eggs.

I can say this refrigerator is beautiful and with this sleek design just blows it out the water. I like the fact that I am able to store so much stuff in the spacious 28 cu. ft. With the Samsung's SpaceMax™ Technology and I was able to make most out of my kitchen space. The Refrigerator comes with Dual Ice Maker which is a plus in my eyes. I mean you get the option of cubed sized ice and bite sized which in my opinion helps with trying fit ice in small bottles. The Beverage Center is perfect in storing all my drinks chilled and available at the opening of the door. Check this! This Smart refrigerator Auto Open Door Sensor can open the door for about an inch by just placing my hand in the handle. This feature comes in handy when I am over loaded with stuff to store in the refrigerator at once. I can just have a few fingers on the sensor and open the rest of the door easily. After buying this Samsung refrigerator I can say it will be loved for a long time to come.

My teenagers fell in love with ice bites. The Bespoke has a sensor handle that allows the doors open with a simple shadow of the hand. The refrigerator has more room than I expected and I was able top organize my food in sections to find it easier. The Bespoke immediately connected to my cellphone app that I had already on my phone with my other smart devices. I personally fell in love with the water dispenser on the inside along with a water picture to pour a cold glass of water. I highly recommend this product it is also a great space saver in your kitchen. Everything was an easy set up from the unpackaging to hooking up the water to connecting to the app. Samsung has done it once again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is great! The color of it lends itself to a sleek looking kitchen and the glass doesn't show smudges when touching the doors. The fridge size is much bigger than I was expecting and the drawers/shelves go back pretty far, and there isn't a lot of weird angles inside the fridge. The ice dispenser in the freezer is great as it has two baskets for ice and the large ones aren't too big, and the small ones are great for beverages. It is also nice that the shelves come in to parts so you can have a half shelf if needed for tall beverages. The water pitcher auto refill is really nice and quick so no waiting for fresh filtered water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator to replace my 10 year old Samsung refrigerator in the kitchen as the stainless steel was showing signs of wear and scratches. So we moved the old one to the garage and replaced the new Samsung Bespoke in the kitchen. Had to wait about 2 months for the delivery but it was worth the wait. Delivery team was super nice as they not only installed and setup our new fridge in the kitchen, they also moved the old one to the garage. Pros: 1. Doors - they are made of white glass like material which are modern looking, doesn't attract finger prints and much easier to clean. They also have sensors on the door handles to seamless open the doors and also to auto close when the door isn't opened fully. 2. Like the touch controls on the sides of the fridge. 3. Love that the auto pitcher, water pitcher and ice cube maker on the inside so it has an simple, elegant and clutter less look. 4. Water Picher - This is the most unique and new feature that everyone in our family love. Haven't seen this feature on other models. Seems very new and cool to me. Water pitcher gets refilled automatically when placed in its position. (provided the water hook up line is connected) 5. Ice Maker- Love it can make two sizes - smaller bites and standard cube size. 6. Very quiet - It runs very quietly and doesn't make noises like my old fridge when it makes ice. 7. Chillness/All around cooling - Seem like gets very cold inside so had to dial down the temperature a little bit. 8. Smartthings app - Able to connect to the Smartthings app and get notified whenever the fridge is left open for some time. My kiddo doesn't shut the door properly so this is a great plus for us. Cons: There is only one - I wasn't able to get the water pitcher auto fill feature to 'On' from the setting in the fridge. I tried several times, toggling, holding on the button for a few seconds but none of them worked. When I was about to call customer service for advice, I thought to try to set it from the Smartthings app whcih worked suprosingly on the first try. Not sure if this is a bug or if I didn't know how to change the setting correctly in the fridge. Love Love Love this new fridge. Once you get one of these newer bespoke ones, you won't want to go back to a old fridge.

I was a little worried at first because I have stainless steel appliances and this is the only white glass appliance. But it looks amazing and was absolutely not something I should have worried about. The fridge itself is amazing. I absolutely love the beverage center with the pitcher along with the two ice bins which has been a favorite for my wife who loves the small chewy ice. The air circulation in both the fridge and freezer is great and I've never had anything freeze in the back of the fridge. Additionally, I like the quick freeze and quick cool options because when I put something in the fridge that's really hot it doesn't heat up the whole fridge. As you can see in the photos, It also has a drawer that slides back so that you can fit in tall pots or anything else that's too tall normally to fit in the fridge. The last feature to speak of is the auto open doors which seems like a kind of cool feature, but I'm not sure it's any more convenient than just opening the doors manually. I suppose it could be good if you have your hands full, but it just pops open a couple inches so you still have to open it by hand if you had your hands full. If anything I worry it might help children get into the fridge easier they put their hand over the sensor.

Use the smaller cubes for drinks and the larger cubes we use in our water bottles. Plenty of space inside both sides. The only thing I would have loved to see was something in the smart things app that would remind me to change the filter.

This refrigerator has been a nightmare- absolute lemon. We’ve only had a few years and during that time in the first year, they had to replace all the internal components and motor twice. Each time we lost an exorbitant amount of food and medication that spoiled. Now the freezer door constantly pops open every time we open and close the refrigerator. Also more food spoilage.

It functions flawlessly, it is insanely quiet (the only time I heard it run was when I first plugged it in, and then only barely), and simply beautiful. I take a star off for price, as even being as small as it it, it was super expensive, but I like to think u get what u pay for.
