[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is excellent and has been a huge improvement to our lives! It keeps our food the perfect temperature and has tons of room. It has the beverage center for getting water, which I was initially skeptical of but now love. The water from it tastes great and clean. It is capable of being used in SmartThings so it can have it's status checked remotely and be used in your Smart Home Monitoring System. It's great and we will definitely be getting another Samsung fridge in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for a couple months and I just love it. It is such a big step up the piece of garbage LG I had prior. Design, functionality and space all get an A+ from me. Interestingly enough even the filtered water tastes better than prior fridge!

Although this refrigerator looks nice, the freezer section will frost up and block the vents, impairing the air flow and causing the freezer to warm above the desired setpoint. Additionally, the ice makers are disappointing. The ice bite side has never worked properly, with zero output. The output of the regular size side is way below expectations. We had to buy a countertop icemaker to make enough ice for our family (5 adults). This is not an inexpensive appliance, either. Is it too much to ask that your products live up to the advertising claims?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for about a month and couldn't be happier. It is bigger than expected inside and the beverage center and dual ice buckets really fit my families lifestyle. It's bright and looks great in the kitchen!

Purchased in August 2024.I loved the simple design, beverage center, and that it came in white. November 2024 it stopped cooling although the digital temperature read NEVER changed. So while our food was spoiling it still read that it was at perfect conditions. Had that at least been accurate we could have saved some food and the got it fixed in a more timely manner. January 18th 2025, less than five months after purchasing the fridge SAME PROBLEM. Needless to say, any fridge less than 5 months old should not fail TWICE. Don't buy this fridge.

We've had it a few weeks and are loving it's features... auto-open, plenty of ice (2 different kinds), a pitcher of water that always full, phone alerts when door is open too long, etc. At the moment, it's smoking (freezing?) our old KitchenAid.
