[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Bespoke side-by-side in white glass two weeks ago. (I used to have a french-door with bottom freezer, but found the freezer rather inconvenient because the compartment became a cave where food items would be buried for years.) Side-by-side allows food items to be placed and seen and located easily. As for this 28 cu. ft. model, there is plenty of space. The Beverage Center is a nice touch - the pitcher is useful when large quantity of cold water is needed and the water dispenser nozzle does not drip or splash after each use. Nice - no need to wipe or clean any leaks. Since the model I've chosen is white glass, there is no fingerprints or oily residue to clean. Both doors have five bins each - totaling 10 bins, which can hold quite a lot of products. So far I am happy with this side-by-side model. I wish the ice tray would have cover, which would help to prevent ice from absorbing unpleasant food odors (although I haven't noticed any odor transfer so far). The exterior of the unit seems clean and modern and beautiful. All shelves are made of glass except for the adjustable one at the refrigerator section, which is cheaply mixed with plastic that may not last. The plastic shelf over the ice tray seems more sturdy, though. I am happy with my purchase so far. This side-by-side model, of course, is the cheapest unit I could afford. I was happy Samsung offered some discounts, including honoring a price reduction after my order was placed.

Design, functionality and space all get an A+ from me. Interestingly enough even the filtered water tastes better than prior fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first product I bought from the Bespoke line was the microwave, without knowing how spectacular and efficient it could be. After that, I bought the "Side by Side" refrigerator, taking the maintenance into consideration, due to the glass doors was easier to clean, and there were no hand prints, apart from the elegance and spaciousness that it is. But, something that marked not only my life but also that of my parents is that when my father had open heart surgery in the last December, and had so many appts, I was able to help them by not only drawing a calendar on one of the doors, but also drawing a Christmas tree, to cheer them up every day, since we even spent Christmas in the hospital. So I know, I made the best decision when buying the refrigerator and microwave, which is why I 100% recommend the Samsung "Bespoke" line!

Had this installed about a month ago and am completely satisfied with the purchase. Switched from a French door to this side by side because I wanted better visibility and organization in the freezer. Love the clean appearance and looks even better than i expected! Took a couple of days to get accustomed to how the doors open and now I think it's great. The beverage center is a very convenient feature that gets tons of use.

Once again, Samsung has FORCED garbage on their customers. If it isn't forcing ads on their TVs, it's forcing worthless garbage like the "Auto door" function on its refrigerators. Our freezer is constantly being opened and closed because of this crappe and we have freezer burned food and ice clumps instead of cubes from it. That's what happens when you have a constant stream of room temperature air being puched into your freezer all day long. Oh, you can disable this "feature" on other models, but not this one. So, Samsung KNOWS the Autodoor is absolute garbage and yet, they won't let you disable it on this model. Way to go, Samsung. Keep tallying up these wins.

We've had it a few weeks and are loving it's features... auto-open, plenty of ice (2 different kinds), a pitcher of water that always full, phone alerts when door is open too long, etc. At the moment, it's smoking (freezing?) our old KitchenAid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. We wanted a side-by-side and we had a hard time finding one we liked when we saw this was available we jumped on it. It's perfect. It's all the features she could walk from refrigerator.

Purchased in August 2024.I loved the simple design, beverage center, and that it came in white. November 2024 it stopped cooling although the digital temperature read NEVER changed. So while our food was spoiling it still read that it was at perfect conditions. Had that at least been accurate we could have saved some food and the got it fixed in a more timely manner. January 18th 2025, less than five months after purchasing the fridge SAME PROBLEM. Needless to say, any fridge less than 5 months old should not fail TWICE. Don't buy this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Bespoke side-by-side refrigerator for about one month and have been pleasantly surprised and pleased with the looks, features, and performance. It is very sleek (due to no handles), the beverage center is VERY useful and appreciated by family members, and the dual ice drawers are also a welcome feature for family gatherings. The refrigerator is VERY quiet. The shelves and drawers are much deeper than our previous model. So far, we've only used the Samsung app to set the cooling temps but we're looking forward to using the other features. This purchase has exceeded our expectations and we recommend it for anyone looking for a modern refrigerator with ultra modern features.
