I bought this airfryer for my family and mom n i bought another one for a bridal shower. 2 negative things. 1 Assembled Size: 18.5" x 19" x 17.5" is not true much smaller. Was very disappointed over this for rotisserie use. 2. 10 in 1 includes grill however. Cannot use grill unless u have a grill plate. This model apparently does not include it. 3. When purchased, do not know model number, no manual , and no box to look at. Only saw picture showed on vendor sams. Does not say grill plate not included. Do not think 139 a good price without a grill plate. I thought I was getting a great deal. Nope. All other air fryers I have come w grill plate. Surely that is a safety hazard not having one so it's really a 9 in 1 airfryer. Misleading the public, wanted an indoor grill to use w grill plate. TV shows all attachments needed in box. Apparently not the case here. Very misleading and disappointed and this is a good product if all 10 in 1 attachments and pans included. Disappointed w sams. I do major shopping on sams online. This was upsetting. I feel like I got scammed. Show the model number Sam.

I purchased this product hoping for a larger space that I could air from my food in, however, within 2 months of purchasing and no more than 10 uses I have begun to receive an error code that renders this device entirely useless. Additionally, if you search this product online you'll see that it includes a grill plate but if you purchase it through Sam's Club there is no Grill plate included.

Great while it lasted...there is a one year warranty on this product and after 9 months the burner element for the air fryer function burned out and only blows cold air now. No problem it is within the one year warranty period right....WRONG. Turns out this product is under the umbrella of Empowered Brands. My initial e-mail to them explaining the problem was auto-answered that I would receive a response within one business day...wrong again...after 3 emails I finally received an answer advising me to send them some pics of the unit, unit info label and another of the cord cut in two pieces and they would be happy to send me a replacement for a charge of $39.99 for processing and handling!!!! They advised me to look in my instruction booklet for their replacement policy...of course no one can see this until they already bought the product! I refuse to pay another $39.99 for another unit that may ultimately suffer the same fate! This is how they get away with saying replacement will ship with free shipping... I should not be penalized nor should I have to pay anything to have a defective product replaced. Any good manufacturer know this! No more of any Empower Brands products for me, horrendous customer service.

No grill plate or grill plate handle included.I called about the grill plate handle. I was informed if the grill plate has an asterisk next to it in the parts and accessory of the booklet you do not get that item, but the grill handle doesn’t have an asterisk next to it . Customer service would not help. i will be returning as defective

I got this item for Christmas and it is missing parts. It does have the rotisserie rod. It Norfork tines to hold meat on. There is also no grill plate or grill plate handle although they are clearly shown on the box and in the manual, the manufacture customer service refuses to provide these parts. They say these parts are only included if you buy this product at certain place and Sam's is not one of them. If it has a grill setting, how are you suppose to grill? Very disappointed.

Bought as a gift for our son & Daughter-in-Law. They love it. They started with toast (actually a tough test for an air fryer!) They we're pleased with the outcome. Homecut fries came out perfectly with a spray of olive oil, salt & pepper. They roasted a whole chicken using the rotisserie for 49 minutes and said it was well done and juicy. I would say that the gift was a great choice for them and does exactly what it should do. Cook dinner quickly with outstanding results & flavor. A great choice if your looking for a larger air fryer that can do more than fries and chicken wings, though those are great, too!

Disappointed…Was about $25 less than other places. The infomercials for this product show and state, the grill plate comes with it. Even the instructions booklet tells you how to use the grill plate. This oven did not come with one. I called Emerils and they confirmed it doesn’t come with the grill plate however, you can purchase it separately, which now makes it exactly the price as everywhere else. For me, this was a dealbreaker.

$139 would be a great price if the product was represented properly. You are missing the Grill tray and Arm. I did call the company before I bought it and they verified that to get the parts would be $45.00 I actually found out about this though the reviews ( thank you) I took it anyway because retail it's a $300.00 unit. I wanted to see if I can get the parts cheaper. You can't. I did find the same unit on another sight ( on sale for $169 )everything included so I ordered that and will be returning this. I will be only saving $10.00 buying the unit from the other sight ( with everything included) but it's the idea of feeling the product was mis represented. So it was a feeling issue with me. To be honest this deal is not bad because even if you upgrade you still pay $100 less than full retail, but who wants to go though the hassel. I would also have to trust a company that is not a major retailor so I'm happy with what I did. Before writing this review I did re look at the ad on this sight and the picture of the Grill Tray is not there. So technically it's not mis represented ( I guess) So as a new customer ( if I didn't read the review) I would not have known the difference until I opened up the instruction manual. Thanks to the reviews I didn't open the box yet so the return will be easier on me and Sams Club. Bottom line it's not a terrible deal because at full retail it does cost $300.00. To upgrade the unit it will cost you $184.00 Sams does have a wonderful return policy and you are safe with them. It is a known thing on certain items with the Walmart Company ( especially) electronics manufactures cut cost to make the same item special for Wal-Mart. I did not know that applied to Sam's. Don't worry Sam;s I still love you. This same thing happened at Walmart last week I saw a shark Hydro vac for $125. When i opened it I realised it didn't have replacement parts In. If I bought the unit on my other website it was over $200. So I ordered the parts and i only came out to be $20.00 So now i'm into $150.00 thats a deal ok mine doesn't have led lights but in that instance I got a great deal so it works both ways. .

I truly love my air fryer. This is the first time I’ve own one, and it is wonderful. The people giving this product a one star review are complaining about not getting a grill plate. But in the manual, they show a grill plate with an asterisk, which you can purchase for $25. These machines are normally $350, but on sale for $180. So don’t let those bitter people who are complaining that no grill plate came with the machine deter you from buying it. I’m a very tough critic, and I have not found any downfalls with this fryer at all. I give this product five stars.

I bought this as a replacement item for my husband. His air fryer broke. I tried to use his and after three tries never touched his again. Now, different story. I’ve decided the Emeril Lagasse air fryer is mine to love. We cook our own food and I’m in a strict eating plan due to Alpha -gal. I use it at least 4-5 times week. Rarely use oven or glass top range. Meats are juicy and delicious on the settings on the bake and roast.
