Missing grill plate and grill handle

A gift to my Aunt and Uncle last year 2023 Nov 18th. They truly love it. I'm not sure it's a good fit for me.

The air fryer is great, how ever a grill plate and handle was supposed to be in included. This is definitely false advertising!  I can’t even find any information on where I can buy (a second time) a grill plate and handle. After spending almost $200, I really don’t think I should have to buy what was missing in the box.

Really enjoy how quiet and efficient it is. It's very easy and intuitive to use.  I plugged it in and just started using it without really looking at the book for more than the rack instructions.  It's larger than a small canister style because it's more like a second oven for small to medium sized jobs.  Really like it so far.

The perfect second oven for the holidays.
