Grill plate not include also missing grill handle

This is an incomplete unit with no grill plate. Why is the manufacturer not fixing this issue

This is a wonderful air fryer/toaster oven. I love mine! I haven't had to use my oven since I got this.

I was so excited to get it, but I thought it was missing pieces until I looked at the book that came with it. There's an * on the grill plate and another piece, it says you may have to purchase those separately. Other than that, I love it.

I have had mine for 1 year now. The air fry function no longer heats up. I also found it was very hard to keep clean inside. I am very disappointed. Did love the French door concept but that feature is about it. Will not buy this brand again.

I rarely use the cooktop stove, after purchasing this air fryer. It's worth every penny and is so functional. Beyond the convenience, the food is healthier and more delicious!

My only regret is we did not get it at the current doorbuster price! We use it almost every day to heat up quick breakfast for the kids or appetizers for friends or even while pizzas and dinners. Works excellent.

I’m so glad I decided to get THIS air fryer. I looked for one for several months unable to decide between the same old ones. This is a game changer. It works as promised.

Finally received our air fryer which looked like it was hit by Hilo forks and it was damaged so we took it back to the store to replace it and they were sold out. Tried to reorder online and it's sold out. Thanks Sam's Club.

So far we've only used it as a toaster, but it toasts great. It is best if you have a spot to keep it vs. Having to pull it out every time you want to use it as it is heavy.
