We bought this air fryer/oven due to size and capabilities for cooking larger and more quantity. It is a little different than our basket air fryer and getting use to the way you set it is a learning curve. But all in all, we REALLY LIKE IT so far ( 3 weeks). Granted, it does take up more counter space but with what it can do, PLUS THE FRENCH DOORS more than makes up for that. Would we buy again, yes, if it lasts for a reasonably long period of time and can be repaired if something goes south on it. The only reason for 4 stars is the short time we've had it and used it. Time will tell though.

Depends on what you want from an air frier if you are just a beginner this isn’t for you. The manual leaves out the part where you need to add time to warm up before cooking. Also the ones you buy here on or at Sam’s does not include some of the important items like grilling plate or the handle for it

Received this yesterday with parts missing inside. Did not receive the rotisserie out the tool to get pan out, or the grill pan showed on the box. Also there was a dent on the side of the stainless steel oven that is very thin. Sams would not send me the extra parts unless I returned the whole oven. which I live an hour away and hard to pack back up. So not happy with that!!! When I tried to get customer service on the phone disconnected three times waiting 20 minutes each time. so finally had to text!!!!

Airfryer takes FOREVER. My small toaster oven does a better job "air frying" than this big thing. Have to remove the different trays when cooking different items but can't put them on top. Takes up a lot of counter space and you can't put anything close to it or on top because it has vents all over so no where to put the trays not in use there either. Doors work in sync and they snap shut if you don't hold them and make a loud noise. I didn't use the rotisserie because it looked like it would be a big clean up. No grill pan included, must purchase separately, so I didn't try grilling either. So, for use as an oven/air fryer, not great. I returned it to Sam's and reclaimed my counter with my small toaster oven. Had high hopes for this but it was disappointing. I bought it on sale for 139.99 at Same's now it's back up to 179.99, save your $$$.

I use to have the Ninja air fryer, after using it just about everyday it broke down. Came across this one and thought I would give it a try. First of all it's not that great at all, it didn't do what it claims it does. Used the rotisserie for a whole chicken and the drippings made the air fryer smoke to much and almost caused a fire from the drippings! Mind you I put the other pan under it to prevent the drippings dripping onto the bottom. You definitely cannot make fried chicken and fries at the same time. Very disappointed with this purchase, if I could take it back I would! And buy a ninja airfryer again.

Bought for my 80 year old Mom in March to replace a basket type AirFryer. It’s a bit large for the area but she’s loving it and doesn’t want to change to smaller. She’s used it to make jalepeno poppers, rib eye steaks, used the Rotisserie twice… she hasn’t ventured to use for veggies yet. She thinks it’s the best thing

I've had this about a month and I LOVE it! Everything that I've cooked in it has turned out delicious! I've made a leg of lamb on the rotisserie, Air fried chicken wings, Frozen pizzas- makes the crust so crispy and perfect-I'll never cook a pizza in my gas range again! Air fried french fries-I got rid of my huge deep fryer that I've been using 10 years! This basically replaced every other kitchen appliance that I had which gives me so much extra room on my counter!

Our Panasonic toaster oven croaked and I saw this outstandingly rated unit on sale, bought it and what the heck, 6 minutes to toast simple bread? Can any of the thousands of folks who 4 and 5 star ratings folks explain how to make it work better? I've not even tried the multiple of other functions as this is a totally rediculous sticking point

We were VERY disappointed in this product! My youngest teenage son tried to cook fish sticks and it took almost 10 minutes to preheat, then when he had to open the the door to flip them half way through cooking ALL the heat escaped and it didn't fully heat back up until the cook time was almost over. He was not impressed with soggy fish sticks! His older brother, after seeing his brother's struggle, decided he was going to cook chicken strips and not open the door until the timer went off. That didn't work either, it struggled to maintain the temperature even without opening the door. After they both complained, I went and took a good look at the machine. There is a gap between the 2 doors in the front! No wonder it couldn't hold the set temp! My husband tried to use the "toast" feature, and said he made toast shaped croutons!

Some what happy over all. Pleased with air fryer function. Have cooked several several things that came out well. Problem for me is the rack is very light weight and a little short. It’s very unstable when pulling out to tend, stir or remove food. I use medium cast iron skillet and it almost falls into the floor.
