Since I've received my Air Frier, I've cooked in it every night. I've owned at least 5 air friers and believe this Emeril Lagasse Air Frier is the best ever. I can cook 3 things at once or one thing. It is taller than my other air friers and fits perfectly on my countertop. The first time I cooked French fries, we couldn't believe how crispy they were yet soft on the inside. This air fryer is the absolute best fryer I've ever had. I would highly recommend this air frier and the price is right.

It was out of stock in the store, so I ordered it online. When I viewed the model instore, I was surprised it was smaller than I anticipated. I have used it several times. I DO like it, but wish it had an instant OFF button. I’m still getting acquainted with all the features.

It's a reasonably good unit. The doors take some getting used to. The can't open partially, only all the way. Otherwise they slam shut. Cooking is good but if you want air fry, you're back to setting it manually, i.e. time etc. The light is great, nice and bright. The settings per type of food are pretty accurate when cooking for 2 people. I will say bacon was excellent, toast took a while, I should have airfryed it, ha. It does feel a little flimsy but we've only had it up and running for a week.

This is perfect for the space on my counter, and I like how its tall and not wide. Love all the settings for so many things (oddly no cookie setting like on every other one I've had). Seems to work great for cooking, heating up, and air frying. Only caveat is the trays just fall out if you try to take them out a little to flip things, so you have to hold them with a glove. When I read reviews online they all said it comes with an air fryer handle, but it doesn't and this was extremely disappointing as I air fry a lot. Reviews also showed the not included grill plate. Why they include a rotisserie chicken accessory and not a grill plate doesn't make sense, I would think many more people would use the grill plate. Easy to clean so far. If accessories were included as expected, would have given 5 stars.

Did not come with a grill plate even though as anyone can clearly see (in the very last picture in the ad) a grill plate on the bottom rack, right where it's suppose to be. When I called the company they sent me a link to buy one for $25. I should at the very least get a Sam's club $25 credit.

I just received my item today and I recently purchased this item last week for my mom and I decided to purchase me one. Today when I received mines no grill plate or grill plate handle included. Next, I call about the grill plate handle. I was informed if the grill plate has an asterisk next to it in the parts and accessory of the booklet you do not get that item. Ok, but the grill handle doesn’t have an asterisk next to it so why didn’t I I get however, the grill plate handle does not have an Asterix next to it so why didn’t I receive it. Very misleading.

Overall it is a very good appliance. My only knock on it is the rotisserie. I put a 1.5 pound pork loin on it to cook, and the spin mechanism was jerky. I thought maybe I needed to rebalance the meat, but everything I tried had the same result. Have not tried anything heavier on it yet. My youngest child, 13 years old, uses it almost every day. Either air frying chicken patties for lunch, or toasting waffles for breakfast. I have used just about every function with the exception of dehydrate and slow cooker. Be careful the first few times you close the doors, they snap back shut faster than expected. Just takes a little getting used to.

I make toast with it, pizza with it, potatoes with it. I air fried a perfect piece of fish with it and last night i made organic chicken jerky treats for my pups. AMAZING! ALSO, emits not heat like my conventional oven does and when its 125 in Palm Springs that is amazing! And found the best price anywhere at Sam's Club.

We haven’t had the opportunity to use all the features yet, but love everything we’ve used. Bakes quickly. Air fries quickly and the food is nice and crispy/crunchy. Makes perfect toast. Haven’t used the dehydrated function or the rotisserie function yet. I’m sure they’ll surpass expectations as all the other functions have.

Drop dead Emeril! We purchased the Emeril 10 in 1 French Door Airfryer at Sam’s Club on 11/11/23. The word Grill is on the box. A large billboard sign showed the Emeril Airfryer and a woman grilling two steaks. The top of the box shows two perfectly grilled steaks. The box states that it grills. The Sam’s Club web-site shows a large photo that states “500° Grilling & Searing.” Die cast grill plate locks in juices and outdoor barbecue flavor with char-grilled marks.” There is another photo of all of the accessories. It clearly shows the grill plate and the grill plate handle. The grill plate handle is needed to remove the Grill Plate and the Crisper Tray from the oven. Along with the Emeril Airfryer we purchased some steaks, went home and were ready to grill them. We opened the box and the grill plate and the grill plate handle were missing. I pulled out the quick start guide, user manual and recipe book. On the back of the manual was the phone number for Empower brands. When I called them a nasty woman answered and let me know that the retail version of this product does not come with the Grill Plate or the Grill Plate handle. I told her the photos on the Sam’s Club and Amazon web-sites and their descriptions of the Emeril Airfryer showed that it did. I told her the box shows it too. She let me know that I would not know that the griddle did not come with the item unless I first purchased the Airfryer and then opened the box and turned to page #6 of the user manual that shows the griddle with an asterisk next to it. Page #6 did not have a description of what the asterisk was. Page #7 is titled “Parts & Accessories” and is numbered 1 through 14. Item # 14 is the description of the grill Plate Handle. It states, “Attach to the Crisper Tray or the Grill Plate to remove from the appliance.” Under that is the asterisk from the photo of the Grill Plate on previous page. It states’ “May be sold separately.” A large photo of the Grill Plate Handle is on the side of the box under “Additional; Accessories” Empower Brands let me know they sell the Griddle for $25.99 and the Grill Plate Handle for$19.99 plus tax, shipping and possible extra credit card charges if you do not use a debit card to make the purchase. Empower brands posts the following legal disclaimer, “We charge a credit card processing fee for payments made using a credit card. The fee is not more than our cost of acceptance of the card.” Empower Brands is obviously a “Bait & Switch” company. This Grill Plate is specific to model FAFO-001 only. This Grill Plate is not sold ANYWHERE other than directly from Empower Brands. This Grill Plate Handle is specific to model FAFO-001 only. This Grill Plate Handle is not sold ANYWHERE other than directly from Empower Brands. For you to use this product as advertised, it will cost you an additional $45.98 plus an extra credit card processing fee, sales tax and shipping. This is really ridiculous! Sam’s Club verified every point I made. They acted innocent but they were absolutely aware of this issue because many people have left complaints. In summary, Empower Brands told me over and over again that to see what is actually inside the box I have to buy and open the box. Drop dead Emeril, you should be ashamed.
