Love this oven/toaster/air fryer. An essential if your an empty nester. Great for air frying or making a small meal. The directions warn the user about the double doors both open and close simultaneously. I slammed the doors several times until I got used to the way they close. I really like all the preset options.

7 months in I tried the broiler. Doesn't work. Under the warranty, they want me to pay $39.99 for a replacement. That's not a warranty!!!! Sam's should stop doing business with this horrible company. And as others have said, their pans are crap. Thin, not really non-stick, and badly discolored.

I also bought this air fryer at Sam's Club and have to take it back because, guess what, no grill plate or grill handle. Just a heads up for anyone that was as disappointed as I was! Kohl's has the whole entire package for $4.61 more than I paid at Sam's and you get back $ 20 Kohl's Cash! And here's the set back, you have to download the Kohl's app, no biggie right? The sale price is $169, but $144 if you download the app!!! I'm so excited to try this out, I'm gonna try baking my Thanksgiving pies in it and baking my turkey breast in it also. If all else fails we can always go to Applebee's!!!

This is way better than the basket type air fryers. It is so versatile and can cook multiple items at the same time. No more burned hands when trying to get that reheated slice of pizza out of the bottom of the basket! We have items that we would not have tried in our original air fryer.

It cools the food after cooking. After heating the food it beeps to let you know it’s done cooking. A led light goes fro red to blue and starts to cool down the food till it turns itself off. Then the food is no longer hot. So if you want hot food you need to take it out when the led light goes from red to blue. If you wait till it turns off then it’s no longer hot. Also there’s a gap between the two doors where heat escapes when in use.

I’m skeptical of celebrity endorsement of a product but this one exceeds expectations. I have had 8 different air fryers over the years and this one is a keeper. The original slide in basket one did a good job of air frying the food but was very limited to what you could fit in the basket and you couldn’t see the food as it cooked. I switched to front opening models and each had problems most did not really air fry, they just were more like poor working convection oven. Emeril’s air fryer works like a charm. You can see the food cook and it actually fry’s the food. The wide variety of pre-sets makes choosing the correct cooking time and temperature very easy. The French doors make loading the food easier and if the food drips on the way out of the oven it doesn’t drip on the glass door. I do put a sheet of aluminum foil under the bottom element for easy clean up because this oven does actually air fry the food and causes dripping from certain foods like chicken wings.

This was a replacement for another brands' toaster oven/air fryer. Major downgrade in performance. The toast function takes too long and barely toasts bread. The oven function burns frozen foods if you follow package instructions. Reheat barely gets food warm. There are many other functions I haven't tried. Maybe some of them are ok, but I don't know.

This air fryer is so tiny. Went to the store on other shopping business and decided to check it out because of the eMails Sam's Club was pushing out on this. It's almost like an Easy Bake oven, like a toy intended for kids, size. Would not recommend this.

After reading the reviews here, I bought this item yesterday. The reviews indicated a significant failure rate within about a year. Today I attempted to register the item Online with Emeril Everday and inquired about the "Protection Plan" offered by the seller. Support informed me they no longer register the product online and the Protection Plan has been discontinued. Allstate Square Trade offered a 3 year plan and I purchased that, however, I don't have much confidence this item is going to last cranking it up for air fried chicken and buffalo wings. Bad Indicators BEWARE

So far so good. This was purchased when pn sale to replace my toaster oven/air fryer. I checked several brands before I purchased this one. I like an appliance that does more than 1 thing and this one does a lot. I did not need the bigger units that Emeril Lagassi makes. I have used the toaster setting, bake setting and air fry setting. All worked well. Air frying takes a little watching as time on unit may be a little long. The unit beeps loudly at the halfway point in cooking. Some people found this annoying but I like it. It is easy to clean. I do use aluminum foil on the solid trays. One caution, the doors are spring loaded and must be opened all the way or they will spring (slam) closed and the spring is strong. It does take up a bit more room than my previous unit so you need to measure carefully.
