Bought it about three weeks ago as my other fridge/freezer crapped out after four years and it was going to take three weeks for a serviceman to show up. Needs a part and do not have any information yet, as to when it will arrive. This Haier will make a great second fridge.

We're a small club with only limited space as well as limited usage. What we have now is far too small and what we have at our main building is too large. We spotted this unit and thought what a great size for our intended purpose. After checking the reviews, we returned the following week to buy it. Haven't plugged it in yet but fits our needs as well as our space perfectly.

We bought this a few months ago, and noticed on the second day that there were temperature differences in the fridge. The top shelf would always be extremely cold, and froze any food items we put on it, no matter what temperature we set the interior to. When we tried setting the temperature higher to thaw the items, the food items on the lower shelves went bad. Additionally, we've had many instances where water leaks out from the back of the fridge in large amounts. The two sides of the fridge are also always very hot to the touch.

Bought this about a month ago as an extra fridge until our main fridge could get fixed. Got cold really quick and stays cold. Had to turn it up a little because it started freezing items near the air ports. We’ll see how long it hold up, but so far so good!

I've only had this fridge for a couple of days now and it seems to be working fine. The plastic sheeting around the fridge was hard to get off. You really had to pull hard. I left the plastic on the doors for fear of miss aligning the doors because you would have to pull so hard.in order to get the plastic off. There was rust on the copper line solder points and I had to lubricate them to hopefully prevent further rusting. Probably rusting due to poor quality solder. Hopefully it holds. One of the door seals had become slightly detached and i had to super glue it back on. Please don't let this deter you from buying the fridge. They were all easy fixes. Nothing is perfect these days. Not all things are the same. We all have a different experiences.

This refrigerator is perfect for the space we had, and large enough to hold the refrigerated foods we use it for. We wanted a 2nd refrigerator for our home. To be used in the basement to hold drinks, beer, snacks, as well as extra dishes for meals. Absolutely perfect.

Replacing an old 3/4 size refrigerator and we’re so pleased with how quiet this unit is. It freezes ice quickly. And maintains an even temperature. Wish there was more door shelving. Wish it was another inch or so off the floor. But it’s a vast improvement over our previous unit and holds more food in approximately the same footprint. It’s a pleasure to have a consistently working dependable refrigerator and freezer. It looks really nice too.

I bought this a three weeks ago. So far works well and meets our needs for a second refrigerator. Only problem is that the vegetable crisper and the gallon holder were delivered with cracks. I'm having a hard time getting the replacement parts. So far, I received the wrong part twice.

I like the fridge but there is a binding, scraping noise when closing at the bottom or the refrigerator door. I'm sure i can resolve by removing the door and add a spacer to lift clearance when closing but don't think I should need to do this with a new unit. I do like the size and the LED lighting. I put thermometers in the fridge and freezer to monitor temps to lock in settings: acceptable variances when adjusted over 24hr periods.

So far so good, I had to turn the freezer down to the lowest temperature because it was too cold and from one to nine in the fridge I had to turn it down to three or four because things were freezing in the fridge, that's how well this thing works lol so far I love it
