To help prevent freezing, we recommend verifying that nothing is blocking the vents where the cold air is coming out, or being sucked in. Check that nothing is blocking air circulation and remove any item that is close to the air vents. Food kept near the vents will be more likely to freeze. Also, make sure your unit is over half full to prevent the refrigerator working too hard and blowing more cold air than necessary.
