I had a competitors generator that started giving me problems the day after I bought it, and was forced to return it. Since I bought the Westinghouse WGen9500, I have had nothing but smooth operation.

We bought this to power an off grid home. We have it out for a predicted snow storm. Loving the remote start. We have only used it on the break in period. However, we have it ready and are excited to use it.

I bought generator 4 months ago and worked great. Now it has only 50 hours on it and it will start up just fine and maybe run 2 seconds and shut off or 5 minutes and shut off. Starts back up just fine but won’t stay running.

I would give 5 stars if this generator could be operated in the rain. Where I’m located most power outages occur during stormy weather. I believe this unit is well made and will last a long time with proper maintenance

Nice Generator , i had few issues . I was missing the battery charger and also they no longer supply the quick connecters for the propane line, the phots show it and the instructions on page 22

I purchase this generator in February and I have not had a need for it yet. I have had another pull crank generator for a long time but now I’m 80 years old and I’m excited that I won’t have to try to pull it to start it.
