Now I know why they call this The Beast. Everything I wanted in a generator and then some. Really love the VFT Data Center. Displays Voltage, Frequency in Hertz, Lifetime hours, and Run/Maintenance hours. Remote start is a nice added feature. Perfect for backup power when the power goes out.

I bought the generator after losing power in a recent storm. It arrived and required minimal setup (attached the legs and wheels and that's it) and with the addition of oil (included) and gas, it started up quickly and at the push of a button. While it is loud, given it's power output and long run time on a tank of gas, I can more than overlook that.

After a lot of research we chose the Westinghouse 9500 generator as or back-up power source for our house. Best bang for the buck! This is a well built machine with the features we wanted. It arrived quickly and required minimal assembly (tires and oil). I also plan on using the generator for working around our property. Overall extremely happy with this purchase.

When I received my generator the box it came in was in perfect condition. Good delivery company. Three things were wrong after I opened it. The frame had a dent on it and one of the wheels wouldn't go on because the frame was bent. I pounded out the wheel slot and was able to mount the wheel. I figured the dent was not going to affect the operation of the generator. Generator runs fine. I put two gallons of gas in the tank and the gauge does not register or move. Taped on it and still does not register a 1/3 tank but empty. Would like a new gauge if that would be possible. I would send a photo but don't know how on the com[uter but could text you one. I'm 74 and don't know much about computers.

Our Westinghouse WGen9500DF generator arrived in great condition and unboxing and setup were very easy. This generator has all of the features important to us in a generator - dual fuel, electric start, battery charger with its own input jack, remote start key fob, and most importantly, the power to run most of our major appliances and downstairs A/C unit simultaneously in the event of a power outage. We live in a humid region of the country and the ability to run the A/C during a power outage is a must. The three year warranty and lifetime nationwide technical support are also a plus. I would recommend this generator highly!

I am so happy to have the opportunity to purchase this generator. I have home and family that deserve the best when natural disasters and storms hit and the power goes out. This unit is my preventive act to the unknown. It has found its home and when and if called upon will do its job. Well worth the investment for my family

This is a great generator. We are ready for any additional power outages. Didn't want to go thru that again. The remote start is a great feature. The fact that you can move it easily is awesome. I would highly recommend this baby to power your house when the unexpected happens.

This Generator is going to be a life savor. I am going to use the natural gas connection to power it and be done with fighting in line to get Gas at the station. I am so happy I bought this. I use a Bi-Pap machine and without power I would not be able to sleep.

Very easy to assemble, just two leg supports and two wheels. Tools for assembly and light maintenance supplied. Oil and funnel supplied also. Everything you need to set up to run. Very good quality overall. Remote start fob. Good instructions. I am preforming the break in period by powering my clothes dryer. No problems at all. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating, is that it seems a little loud. I do intend to put a small shelter around it to protect it from the elements and this will probably mitigate the noise level.

Bought this generator a couple of weeks ago and just received it today. It is quite the machine. Was impressed with the build of it and it looks great. Wheels and feet went on easily, after setting the generator on some 2x4's. Filled the oil, which comes with it. Added gas and started it up. The push button start feature is great. The remote start feature is also awesome. Didn't even realize it came with remote start. After programming the remote, which was a breeze, it starts and stops the generator with ease. Love the multiple ways to start it up. Plenty of outlets to power anything i need and plenty of power. It's quieter than I expected, neighbors house barely hears it running. Totally impressed and can't wait for a power outage, lol.
