In light of a recent hurricane that came through my area and shut off power for a couple days, I decided to go with this hefty generator, the WGen9500, in order to sustain power for the most important components such as AC and fridges, in the case power goes out again. I have not had a chance to run it yet but I will be ready should the need arrive. Aside from that, the generator has great reviews and I got a personal recommendation from a friend who owns one that it was well worth it.

Recently bought this generator for recreational use and the occasional power outage. To start of the deliver was quick and professional, the directions inside the box were extremely clear and very easy to follow. Once I acquired the appropriate materials I got it started. Easy, fast, and very sturdy and reliable. Overall great quality, completely worth every penny. You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Both my neighbor and I bought one and they both burned up. One had 126 hours and the other 170. Both have either warped heads or bent valves. This is complete crap!!! Will never buy Westinghouse “anything” again. One we converted to natural gas the other was running on straight gas.

This model generator exemplifies excellent craftmanship, it will power everything in my house including the AC! It purrs quietly compared to most other brands and the remote key fob is a great feature! The 3 year warranty beats the 3 month or 1 year warranty other brands offer. Highly recommended.

I bought this as a gift for my husband that has difficulty using his hands and pulling starter cords. I researched and it had the highest reviews on so many sites. The best features are the push button start, remote start, all the plugins, and the power it has to run the whole house. My husband loves it!!!!

This generator was so very well packaged! No problem at all with assembly. They even give you the tools to assemble. They even give you a nice, curved funnel to add the oil they supply with the generator. Super quiet, and starts easily, due to the semi-automatic choke. Gas and propane lines supplied with it, are an added bonus. Great value for the money!

Bought this a few days ago to replace an existing one arrived undamaged. Assembly was easy just put wheels on and the pads connect the battery and charge and it started right up. Tested and it ran my boiler refrigerator and 2 freezer's plus all the lights very happy with this generator

Arrived ahead of schedule. Sturdy and durable. Great documentation -- user manual simple and clear enough for the mechanically challenged. Have not started the generator yet but confident it will work as advertised. Our dads always said, "You can be sure if it's Westinghouse."

I bought this generator.about 3 weeks ago in early February of 2024 and assembled it today. All parts were in the box and the instructions were easy to follow. Next I added the supplied oil to the tri-fuel engine. It was easy to assemble and had no missing parts. This unit was to replace a much smaller generator that I pssed on to my daughter. Everything works fine, with gasoline and propane and I am very pleased with my purchase. .
