Well built

I am very happy with my purchase of the WGen9500TF. I bought this for the tri-fuel option which I am excited to try out. Right out of the box, i could tell this generator was well built. This will give me piece of mind knowing I have a quality backup power source for when nature strikes.

Well Built

Solid generator! 12,500 peak / 9,500 running watts on gas, plus great output on propane/natural gas. Tri-fuel is awesome for flexibility and cleaner running.Remote start works perfectly, CO sensor adds safety, and it's easy to hook up to a transfer switch. Starts every time, runs fairly quietly (~74 dBA), and the display is handy. It's heavy (200+ lbs), but wheels help. Minor gripe: instructions could be better.

So far everything is fine.

I brought this generator today. I haven't used it yet but it was an easy setup. I'm one who reads all of the documents and then look at the video. I have a generator that I have not used. I got about 10 years ago. It's in the back of my shed. This one has a lot of features the old does have. Love the push button start and the oil funnel, might get another one. Well I need to go get some gasoline for it. I like the tri fuel option too. So far it's great. Will Williams

Nice unit but not natural gas hose and 3/8 bib

Purchased this, however it came with a 3/8 male bib for the natural gas intake and I am not sure how to connect it to my natural gas as it only came with a propane hose and regulator attachment. It otherwise seems to be in good condition but now I have to figure out the parts requried for quick connect to my natural gas line. For a tri fuel I expected to not have this concern.

It's pretty

I just bought it, and as soon as I started it the power came back on haha. So, that's the reason for four stars. I've got a couple of things plugged in just to break it in. It was super easy to assemble and run. I've also have a couple of buddies that have these generators and love them. So far I'm happy, it's better than my crappy ryobi that uses more starter fluid than gas to start.

A gift that will reduce anxiety

This was gifted to me just ahead of a severe winter storm warning for the mid-Atlantic states. Hopefully I will not have to put it to use but the thought of "Tri-fuel" capability and electric start greatly reduces anxiety. The remote start is a bonus feature.

Started on the first try!

I bought this after losing power for 6 days this winter. Haven't had to use it yet but I did connect it to propane and it started with the push button. Not looking forward to using it but it's comforting to know it's there. It is heavy and was delivered on a pallet. I managed to unpack and assemble it by myself but it would be easier with two people.

Tri-fuel generator

I recently had to use this generator due to no electricity and it performed very well I decided to use the propane part of it and it worked great. I also like that you can use a remote to start and stop it a major plus to save from going out in the cold weather.

Met all needs

This was my fathers day gift last year (2025) and it has worked perfectly for all my needs. Follow the directions and you should have no problems. Just installed a receptacle to wire it to my house as a back up generator with an upcoming ice storm and already have peace of mind that my wife and children will be comfortable if we are without power for days.

Nice Generator but ...

Purchase generator 9500TFc, nice push button start. Works great. Luckily hadn't needed to use it yet. However, fuel shut off valve leaks. I will see shortly how they will resolve this. But other than the valve leaks, works fine. I will probably purchase another if they resolve defect.
