This is my lifeline. Just purchased this last month and just went through Hurricane Debby here in the Florida keys. I felt safer knowing a had a reliable source to keep critical equipment working inside my home should the power go out following such a natural disaster. Thank you Westinghouse!

Bought this Gen last week and received it 5 days later. Extremely easy to put together, put oil in (although it took an extra 4 oz from what they sent to get it full), and connect the battery. Once fueled I selected the fuel, flipped the battery switch, pressed the remote button, and within a couple of seconds it was running. I let it warm up about 15 minutes before putting any load on it, but when I did, no issues...it was powering the house minus the 5 ton HVAC. After the break-in period, I ensured everything was off in the house and turned the HVAC on, no issues. The initial start up of the HVAC is probably close to max for the Gen, but once the HVAC is running, it powers it without any issues.

Bought this generator for emergency use and luckily have not had to use it. but its pretty much ready to go right out of the box! the remote is a nice feature. I'm going to have a professional set up a cable from the unit to my breaker box. I'll be able to close off the main breaker and then back flow power to the box during power failures. Its not an automatic solution, but we don't experience many power failures where I live.

Purchased this unit for an upgrade from my other lower wattage Tri-Fuel generator. Easy to setup and off and running in no time. Just fill the engine with the Quart of Oil connect the battery and screw on a BBQ Propane Bottle. Turn the unit on and put the Fuel selector switch to the fuel source. Press the Start Button on the unit and after a couple of cranks it is off and going. Use the Remote Key FAB to remotely Stop and Start the unit. Can't be simpler. A+++

I'm replacing an older, less powerful John Deere generator with the Westinghouse. The Westinghouse is slightly smaller, a bit lighter, and much easier to maneuver. It started right up during the first test run. I've used it twice for short power outages in the two weeks since I received it. No issues so far. The THD is high at 23%, but my UPSs only complain a little compared to the JD 5% THD generator it is replacing. Hopefully the engine holds up as well as the Honda on the JD it is replacing.

Thankful to find a great tri-fuel generator at a decent price. We live in Florida and have been through several hurricanes. Going without power for a few days in the heat is not fun so having a reliable generator is a must. We have access to natural gas so this is a real plus since gasoline and LP gas are sometimes hard to find after a hurricane. Thanks Westinghouse!

Put together quickly, only a few parts. Didn't take all the oil that was sent to fill it up. Don't just put it all in because it was sent. Assembly instructions are about half way through the manual, but make sure to read all of it to ensure you don't miss anything. I mixed some Stabil with fuel and used the remote to start. It took off right away. So far, so good. I only started and let run for about 15 minutes. Getting it ready in case of another Hurricane Helene. Hopefully, none in the future, but ready just the same.

I am really happy with this tri fuel generator. Very well built and has many excellent features. Wish I would have bought this generator years ago. When there is a power outage gasoline is very hard to find. With the natural gas and propane option this is no longer a problem!

I tested the inductive loading capacity of this generator and it was able to take the load of my home AC. I also like the remote stop/start feature. This allows me to set up the generator and turn it off over night and let the wife and kids to start the generator with a touch of a button.

I bought this generator because if the wind blows it seems the power goes out where I live. It is big enough that I can run most of my house and the price was pretty good I felt. It has electric start and it automatic choke so you don't have to mess around with it much. It also has a remote start which is kind of nice. I haven't used it a lot but overall I am happy with my purchase.
