They were pretty chewy, think of a taffy, and a BIT chalky, but overall great. I like that they are easy to just pop one and go. I'd rather a chew than a pill.

Recently, I stopped using these drinks and was looking for something healthier to use. I received these and was a bit skeptical. I have been taking 2 per day - one around 10 and another around 2 and what a difference. Feel energized and they work better then anything I have tried. I like the fact that there are antioxidants and healthy ingredients. Don't be put off by the Beet flavor. These are great tasting and more like a berry flavor. No aftertaste. Great product.

These are not only delicious but I definitely don't feel as tired. It takes a few days to feel the results but I'm pleasantly surprised. You're not going to have energy like you would with a cup of coffee but you also don't crash later in the day.

Individually wrapped soft gels. Sweet, subtle beet taste is not overpowering and does not have an aftertaste. I eat one 30 minutes before a workout on a nearly empty stomach or in the late afternoon when I start to lag a bit. Quick energy lift. Would recommend.

My husband an I both take Total Beets twice a day, and we noticed an increase in stamina and energy by the third day. No jitters, no crash...just energy we didn't have prior to taking the supplement. We love the taste, and neither of us have noticed an aftertaste like some reviewers have noted. It reminds us of dehydrated fruit! Our only regret is that we didn't know about the free sample program, lol.

I was super nervous because I'm pretty picky about new tastes, but this was pleasantly surprising.
