For me, this works great. It gives me the extra energy I was looking for. In fact, if I take it too late in the day, I'm up until the early hours. I only recommend not taking it after 5 pm. Sorry I was late in my review to tell the truth about the product because I really train at least 5 days a week

Now for the consistency: they are chewy and soft like Laffey taffy. Didn't taste bad. The ingredients are clean and doesn't seem to have anything bad in them. Pro: tastes better than beet powder. Con: I didn't notice any boost in energy

Inside the bag they come individually wrapped, which I did not expect. The bag had a ziplock to prevent from spilling.

I love that they contain grape seed extract for antioxidant support. The açaí berry flavor tastes really good. Definitely Italy recommend these chews.

I didn't notice any increase in energy or anything different. If you need the extracts that are in these, the gummies would be a fine way to have them.

The taste was so so but i didn't mind since I knew i was getting antioxidants and energy from the chew. I overall liked the beet chews , i feel like its a healthier way to get an energy burst.

They didn't seem to change anything for me health wise. But they do have some serious after taste which I did not like.

I'm not 100% sure but since I've been taking this product, I've had much more energy at work and better sleep. I will continue to take this and check back in another week or so but so far so good. I was thinking it would taste like raw veggies but the acai berry flavor is great. I would definitely recipe this to friends and family.
