They taste good. My blood pressure was about 10 points lower after eating these for a week, mixed with healthier eating habits, more exercise, and less sodium intake.

I have HBP & honestly wasn’t expecting anything special from Force Factor Beets, but I have noticed an interesting change in my blood pressure since I began taking them. I have a great deal of stress and it’s been difficult to regulate my BP for about a year. I’ve had to check it at least 3 times a day and I’m maxed out on dosage. Since I started taking FF Beets. I’m not seeing the spikes in my BP. I’m only a few weeks into taking them. We’ll see what happens down the road.

Whenever or wherever you find it, buy it! It is twice as good as Super Beets and half the price!

Total Beets are good and I wish I could say I was still taking. I will eventually finish but I don’t think I’ll purchase again. I’m not use to having an odor when I urinate and I definitely experienced an unpleasant odor that I don’t have now that I’ve discontinued.

I started taking these a few weeks just to have something else for a healthy heart besides exercise and a healthy diet. I know beets are good for you but I don’t like real beets, so this is another option. The taste takes some getting use too, but overall there not bad.

Good flavor

Could not get over the taste and texture, almost like gritty. After a week of opening the ones in the jar turned hard. Just not for me returned them and got my other brand.

The flavor is meh. The consistency is odd. It takes awhile to chew and sticks everywhere: teeth, gums, tongue, roof of your mouth. Then you HAVE to brush your teeth or put up with that weird flavor and little bit of it all day. I was very disappointed. It's more like medicine.
