We appreciate your review of our Dawn Platinum Hand Dishwashing Soap, in the EZ-Squeeze Style bottle. It may help to know this style bottle was designed with those who have hand dexterity issues. It should be kept sitting on your sink, standing as instructed on the bottle. When you pick it up, uncap it, and give it a squeeze, soap should easily and effortlessly fall from the bottle to the sink below. We suggest loosening the cap to release the pressure, then re-tighten it back on the bottle. Then give the bottle one big squeeze onto a sponge or into the sink for about 2 seconds.
