We're so sorry to hear about this, but know this isn't what we expect since we have many quality and safety checks in place to ensure you can easily dispense the liquid from the container. However, it’s possible that dried product accumulated around the cap could have caused this. If so, rinse the cap with water and dry it off and see if that helps. We think you'll enjoy our spray more as it's trigger activated while giving you the Dawn cleaning power you know and love.
