The pancake mix isn’t in a plastic or cellophane bag. It’s loose in the cardboard box so I had to put the box into a zip lock bag.

Had to throw the whole box away it was missing something the batter would not raise not happy I couldn’t return it. Went to another store brought the same item and it was fine.don’t want to give it any star

My family and I love this. We usually don't buy buttermilk mix for pancakes, try it because of the price, we really enjoyed it and will purchase this again.

This is the old, and great, Aunt Jemima brand that was changed. The pancakes were delicious. I gave it a four because the mix was naked in the box. This might be ok for a restaurant that uses a box in a day, or two, but I like pancake mix that comes in a bag in the box that can be sealed between usages. helpful hint: the contents of this large box fits perfectly in a gallon freezer bag. When full, seal the bag with no air, and it will fit back in the box with a much better seal than a plastic bag.
