The name may have changed, but the ingredients are still the same. This is a great pancake mix, and I've been using this for many years.

Lovely texture with a bouncy chewy bite, not a soggy crumbly pancake once syrup is added. Love these and can respect any company willing to move forward as years pass and times change in packaging needs, marketing designs and name changes. Thank’s for keeping the quality, yum!

Don’t buy if you’re using it for waffles! Extremely frustrating that the instructions for waffles are not on the box unless you’re trying to make 5lbs worth of waffles! And the website for this stupid company is no help either in providing the recipe.

i have no problem with product itself. but how it was shipped. that pancake mix was coming out box cuz they didnt put bubbles in or paper to protect it. this is a product that needs a bit protection. cuz if bumped right it will break and damage. i stocked this before so i know how easily this can get dented and mix will come out. pack better
