This is the only complete pancake mix we have found that is egg free. The cakes turn out light and fluffy with great flavor!

My wife has declared this pancake mix to be the best she has found and she has been cooking for several decades. I love the pancakes and waffles she turns out and the price beats any you might find elsewhere. It is a lot of mix, but we;ll definitely use it up. If you don't make many pancakes, share some with family or friends. It's a bargain.

This is the mix I always had growing up and it’s still the best in my opinion. Now I have enough to last for a very long time and at a good value.

The flavor has bit changed at all and if you loved it before, get the bigger boxes because you will need them!

This is the old, and great, Aunt Jemima brand that was changed. The pancakes were delicious. I gave it a four because the mix was naked in the box. This might be ok for a restaurant that uses a box in a day, or two, but I like pancake mix that comes in a bag in the box that can be sealed between usages. helpful hint: the contents of this large box fits perfectly in a gallon freezer bag. When full, seal the bag with no air, and it will fit back in the box with a much better seal than a plastic bag.

The pancake mix isn’t in a plastic or cellophane bag. It’s loose in the cardboard box so I had to put the box into a zip lock bag.
