This pancake mix makes great pancakes and waffles. I normally use it to make waffles. They come out perfect and golden-brown instead of white, crumbly, and scorched like some mixes. Definitely get this if you have to avoid soy because this is one of the only varieties that doesn't have that

We've used this mix for years. Great quality, taste and EASY to use. Always purchase Aunt Jemimah products. Even though they took her picture off the container the ix is still the same it weems.
