Your Tide PODS™ not fully dissolving can sometimes be a result of overloading your washer. We recommend adding the pod to the back of the washer before any clothing, and not to overload your washer to allow enough room for the pods to move around and dissolve. We're very sorry to hear that you've had this experience and that you're not a fan of the scent. Our products go through many strict quality checks to ensure they have the right amount of scent. You are correct that a full POD should be used each time, as we don't recommend dividing them at all.
