We recommend ensuring to add the pod to the back of the washer before any clothing, and ensuring not to overload your washer to allow enough room for the pod to move around and dissolve.<br /><br />A single pod is enough for a small load, and two pods is enough for a medium to large load. We&#39;re sorry to hear you&#39;re having this experience with our PODS™. Please know we thoroughly test our products to ensure they dissolve with ease. As you may know, we recommend putting our PODS™ in before adding laundry. Also, we recommend making sure there&#39;s enough room to dissolve properly. To get the residue off of the laundry, soak the items over night. Then, re-wash the affected garments again in your washing machine with NO laundry detergent.
